Operation indicator lamps
If one of the following indicator lamps comes on in the instrument panel and/or instrument panel screen, this confirms that the corresponding system has come into operation.

Front foglampsfixed.The front foglamps are switched on. Turn the ring on the stalk rear wards twice to switch off
the front foglamps.
Rear foglampfixed.The rear foglamp is switched on. Turn the ring on the stalk rear wards to switch off the
rear foglamp.

Coolant temperature gauge
With the engine running, when the needle is:


- in zone A
, the temperature is correct,

- in zone B, the temperature is too high;
the maximum temperature and the central STOP
warning lamps come on,accompanied by an audible signal and a
warning message in the screen.
You MUST stop as soon as it is safe to do so. Wait a few minutes before switching off theengine.
Contact a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualified
wor
kshop.
After drivin
g for a few minutes, the temperatureand pressure in the cooling system increase.
To top up the level:
) wait for the engine to cool, )
unscrew the cap slightly to allow the
pressure to drop,
) when the pressure has dropped, remove
the cap,) top up the level to the "MA X" mark.

Be aware of the risk of burns whentopping up the cooling system. Do not fill above the maximum level (indicatedon the reservoir).

Lighting dimmer control
System for the manual adjustment of the
brightness of the instrument panel and touch screen to suit the ambient light level.
Two buttons
With the headlamps on, press button Bto
increase the brightness of the instruments and controls and the interior mood lighting or button A to reduce it.

As soon as the lighting reaches the requiredlevel of brightness, release the button.

One button

press the button to adjust the brightness of
the instruments and controls, ) release the button when the desired level isattained.
Switching off
When the vehicle lighting is off or in day mode(daytime running lamps on), pressing the button
has no effect.

Touch screen
)Press MENU
to display the "MAIN MENU"
then select "Preferences".)Select "System Configuration"
then "Brightness".)Press "Turn off screen". The screen goes
off completely.
Press the screen again (anywhere on the surface) to activate it.

Locking is confirmed by fixed lighting of the direction indicators for
approximately two seconds. According to version, the door mirrors fold at the same time.


As a safety measure (children onboard), never leave the vehicle without taking your key, even for a shor t period.
Locking the vehicle

to lock the vehicle completely.

Maintainin
g the locking action (key or remote control) automatically closes the windows.


If one of the doors or the boot is still open or if an electronic key has been left inside the vehicle, the centrallocking does not take place.
When the vehicle is locked, if it isunlocked inadvertently, it will relockautomatically after about thir ty secondsunless a door is opened.
When the key is in the ignition switch,its locking/unlocking functions aredeactivated.
The folding and unfolding of the door mirrors by the remote control can be
deactivated by a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualified workshop.

Locating your vehicle

This is indicated by lighting of the cour tesy lamps and flashing of the direction indicators
for a few seconds.
If you do not press the button when folding the key, there is a risk of damageto the mechanism.

Electronic engine immobiliser
The key contains an electronic chip which has a special code. When the ignition is switched
on, this code must be recognised in order for
starting to be possible.
This electronic engine immobiliser locks the
engine management system a few minutes after the ignition is switched off and prevents
starting of the engine by anyone who does not have the key.
Guide-me-home lighting

With the remote control
Make a long press this button to
operate the guide-me-home lighting(switching on the sidelamps, dipped
beams and number plate lamps).

A second press before the end of the timedperiod cancels the guide-me-home lighting.
Anti-theft protection
In the event of a fault, you are
informed by illumination of this
warning lamp, an audible signal anda message in the screen.
In this case, your vehicle will not start; contact
a PEUGEOT dealer as soon as possible.
Keep safely the label attached to thekeys given to you on acquisition of the
vehicle.

Secondary control
For mechanically locking and unlocking the doors in the event of a fault with the central
locking system or a battery failure.


Driver's door

Inser t the key in the lock to lock or unlock the door.


Passenger doors
)On the rear doors, check that the child lock
is not on.)Remove the black cap located on the edge
of the door, using the key. )Inser t the key into the aper ture without forcing, then without turning, move the
latch sideways towards the inside of thedoor.
)Remove the key and refit the cap.




Changing the battery

Battery ref.: CR1620 / 3 volts.
Do not throw the remote control batteries away, they contain metalswhich are harmful to the environment.
Take them to an approved collectionpoint.

Switch off the ignition.)
Turn the key to position 2 (Ignition).)
Press the closed padlock immediately for a
few seconds.) Switch off the ignition and remove the key
from the ignition switch.
The remote control is fully operational again. Followin
g disconnection of the vehicle battery,replacement of the remote control battery or in the event of a remote control malfunction, you can no longer unlock, lock or locate your
vehicle.) First of all, use the key in the lock to unlock
or lock your vehicle.) Then, reinitialise the remote control.

Panoramic sunroof System which comprises configurable light guides and a panoramic tinted glass area to increase
the light and visibility in the passenger compar tment. It is fitted with a manual blind in two par ts tomaintain a comfortable temperature.

If something is trapped when operatingthe blind, you should reverse the movement of the blind. To do this press the control in question. When the driver operates the blind, they should ensure that nobody prevents its correct closing.

Be aware of children when operating the blind.

Comfort
If the mirrors are folded using control A,they will not unfold when the vehicle isunlocked. Pull again on control A.


The folding and unfolding of the door mirrors using the remote control can bedeactivated by a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualified workshop.
Fold the mirrors when putting your vehicle through an automatic car wash.
Folding
- Automatic: lock the vehicle using the
remote control or the key.
- Manual: with the ignition on, pull control Arearwards.
Unfolding
- Automatic: unlock the vehicle using the remote control or the key.
- Manual: with the ignition on, pull control Arearwards.

Automatic day/night model

By means of a sensor, which measures the
light from the rear of the vehicle, this system
automatically and progressively changes
between the day and night uses. Adjustable mirror providing a central rear ward

Equipped with an anti-dazzle system, which
darkens the mirror glass and reduces the
nuisance to the driver caused by the sun,
headlamps from other vehicles...

In order to ensure optimum visibilityduring your manoeuvres, the mirror lightens automatically when reversegear is engaged.

As a safety measure, the mirrors should be adjusted to reduce the "blind spot".
