where the ambient temperature reaches
-22.0°F (-30°C) or below.

operation. Determine which oil viscosity
best suits the temperature range you
expect to encounter for the next service
interval from the following SAE viscosity
grade chart.
Do not use supplemental engine oil
additives because they are unnecessary
and could lead to engine damage that your
vehicle warranty does not cover.
Note:
We recommend an engine block
heater at temperatures below -9°F (-23°C).
