In the following cases, the warning light may not be displayed even if vehicle-to-
vehicle distance decreases:
●When your vehicle and the vehicle ahead are traveling at the same speed or the
vehicle ahead is traveling more quickly than your vehicle
●When the vehicle ahead is traveling at a very low speed
●Immediately after cruise control speed is set
●At the instant the accelerator pedal is depressed

Customizable features
Customizing vehicle featuresIt is possible to customize certain vehicle features using the menu switch
and the “ENTER” switch.

When customizing vehicle features, ensu re that the vehicle is parked in a
safe place with the shift lever in P and the parking brake set.
Press and hold the menu switch to
display customization mode.
Your vehicle includes a variety of elec tronic features that can be personal-
ized to suit your preferences. Programming these preferences requires
specialized equipment and may be performed by your Lexus dealer.
It is also possible to customize certain vehicle features yourself using the
menu switch and the “ENTER” switch or the screen of the navigation sys-
tem.
Some function settings are changed simultaneously with other func-
tions being customized. Contact your Lexus dealer for further details.
