Perform Maintenance At
240,000 km or 120 Months
❏Change the engine oil and oil filter.Under no circumstances should the oil change
interval exceed 12,000 km or 6 months whichever occurs first.*
❏Rotate tires.
❏Check the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank, refill if necessary.
❏Lubricate the front drive shaft fitting. (4x4)
❏Lubricate the outer tie rod ends. (Chassis Cab only)
❏Inspect the front suspension components, tie rod ends and boot seals; replace if
necessary.
❏Inspect the transfer case fluid level.(4x4)
❏Inspect the front (4x4) and rear axle fluid; change if using your vehicle for any of
the following: police, fleet, off-road or frequent trailer towing.
❏Replace the fuel filter element.
❏Inspect the front wheel bearings.
❏Change the automatic transmission fluid and filter. (Chassis Cab only)
❏Flush and replace the engine coolant at 120 months if not done at 156,000 km.
❏Adjust the valve lash clearance.
* Oil changes that are prompted by the oil change indicator system prior to this schedule maintenance interval can
be recorded in the oil change log section.
