●Appears when the vehicle is driving out of a detected
line. The beeper sounds simultaneously.
●Keep the vehicle within the lane you are driving.●The color of either line changes from white to amber as
the vehicle gets closer to that side of the lane line.
●Blinks when you fail to steer the vehicle. The beeper
sounds simultaneously.
●Operate the steering wheel to resume the LKAS.
●Appears when the LKAS is in operation, or the LKAS
button is pressed, but there is a problem with a system
related to the LKAS. The LKAS cancels automatically.
The beeper sounds simultaneously.
●If any other system indicators come on, such as the
VSA ®, ABS and brake system, take appropriate action.
2Indicators P. 68
●Appears when the LKAS is in operation, or the LKAS
button is pressed, but there the temperature inside the
LKAS camera is too high. The LKAS cancels
automatically. The beeper sounds simultaneously.
●Use the climate control system to cool down the
camera.●Goes off - The camera has been cooled down. Pressing
the LKAS button can resume the system.

Gauges and Multi-Information Display GaugesGauges include the speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, and related indicators.
They are displayed when the power mode is in ON.
Displays your driving speed in mph or km/h.
Shows the number of engine revolutions per minute.
Displays the amount of fuel left in the fuel tank.
Displays the temperature of the engine coolant.■

1Fuel GaugeNOTICEYou should refuel when the needle approaches .
Running out of fuel can cause the engine to misfire,
damaging the catalytic converter.
The actual amount of remaining fuel may differ from
the fuel gauge reading.

1Temperature GaugeNOTICEDriving with the temperature gauge pointer in the
upper zone can cause serious engine damage. Pull
safely to the side of the road and allow engine
temperature to return to normal.

indicator, and other gauges. It also displays important messages such as warnings
and other helpful information.

Instrument Panel
Shows the total number of miles or kilometers that your vehicle has accumulated.
Shows the total number of miles or kilometers driven since the last reset. Meters A
and B can be used to measure two separate trips.■Resetting a trip meter
To reset a trip meter, display it, then press and hold the TRIP button. The trip meter
is reset to 0.0.
Shows the outside temperature in Fahrenheit (U.S.) or Celsius (Canada).■Adjusting the ou tside temperature display
Adjust the temperature reading up to ± 5°F (U.S.) or ± 3°C (Canada) if the
temperature reading seems incorrect.
Shows the estimated average fuel economy of each trip meter in mpg (U.S.) or
l/100 km (Canada). The display is updated at set intervals. When a trip meter is reset,
the average fuel economy is also reset.■

Switch between trip meter A and trip meter B by
pressing the TRIP button.1Outside Temperature
The temperature sensor is in the front bumper.
Road heat and exhaust from another vehicle can
affect the temperature reading when your vehicle
speed is less than 19 mph (30 km/h).
It may take several mi nutes for the display to be
updated after the temperature reading has stabilized.
Use the multi-information display’s customized
features to corre ct the temperature.
