A mobile audio device, e.g., a MP3 player, can
be connected using the AUX-IN port.
Generalinformation Depending on the equipment, the USB interj
face is located in the center console or in the
glove compartment.

connected to the USB interface in the glove
compartment.
Common file systems are supported. FAT32 and exFAT are the recommended formats.

In addition to the USB storage devices descrijbed above, additional mobile devices with USB

ronmental conditions, such as very high
temperatures; refer to the owner's manual of the device.'yDue to the many different compressiontechniques, proper playback of the media
stored on the USB storage device cannot
be guaranteed in all cases.'yA connected USB storage device will be
supplied with charging current via the USB interface if the device supports this. At
higher temperatures, the USB storage dej vice may cause a reduction in the charging
current.'yTo ensure proper transmission of the stored data, do not charge a USB storage
device via the onboard socket, when it is

Cargocoverinthecargoarea
Push the cargo cover upwards, arrow 1, until it
disengages from the catches and then pull it towards the front, arrow 2.
Installing Proceed in the reverse order to reinstall. The
cargo covers must snap audibly into place on their respective holders.
Enlargingthecargoarea
Concept
The cargo area can be enlarged by folding
down the rear seat backrest.
Generalinformation
The rear seat backrest is divided at a ratio of
60 to 40. The left rear seat backrest is conj nected to the center section.
With the through-loading system: the rear seat backrest is divided into three parts at a ratio of
40/20/40. The side rear seat backrests and the
center section can be folded down separately.
Safetyinformation WARNING
Danger of jamming with folding down the
backrests. There is a risk of injury or risk of property damage. Make sure that the area ofmovement of the rear backrest and the of thehead restraint is clear prior to folding down.'

Locking The glove compartment can be locked with an
integrated key. This prevents access to the glove compartment.
After the glove compartment is locked, the rej
mote control can be handed over, such as at a
hotel, without the integrated key.
