Loose objects or devices with a cable
connection to the vehicle, e.g., mobile phones, can be thrown into the vehicle's interior while
driving, e.g., in the event of an accident or dur#j
ing braking and evasive maneuvers. There is a risk of injury. Secure loose objects or devices
with a cable connection to the vehicle in the
vehicle's interior.'

ClosingFold cover closed.
Locking The glove compartment can be locked with an
integrated key. This prevents access to the glove compartment.
After the glove compartment is locked, the re#j
mote control can be handed over without the
integrated key, e.g., when the vehicle is parked
by valet parking.

Folded open, the glove compartment
protrudes in the vehicle's interior. Objects in the glove compartment can be thrown into thevehicle's interior while driving, e.g., in the eventof an accident or during braking and evasive
maneuvers. There is a risk of injury. Always
close the glove compartment immediately after
using it.'

General
information
A storage compartment is located behind the cover between the backrests.
Opening
Push the cover up until it engages.
ClosingPush the cover up again.
The cover slides down.

Front
General
information A storage compartment is located in the centerarmrest between the seats.
Opening
Press button.
Closing Press cover down until it engages.
Rear
General
information
A storage compartment is located in the center armrest between the seats.
Folding
down
Reach into the recess and fold the center arm#jrest forward.

High gross weight can overheat the tires,
damage them internally and cause a sudden drop in tire inflation pressure. Driving charac#jteristics may be negatively impacted, reducing
lane stability, lengthening the braking distan#j ces and changing the steering response.
There is a risk of an accident. Pay attention to the permitted load capacity of the tires and
never exceed the permitted gross weight.'

Load
The maximum load is the sum of the weight of
the occupants and the cargo.
The greater the weight of the occupants, the less cargo that can be transported.
Stowing

each of the outer safety belts in the oppo#j
site buckle.'ySmaller and lighter cargo: secure with ratchet straps or with a cargo net or draw

information Attach load securing aids, such as lashingstraps, retaining straps, draw straps or cargo
nets, to the lashing eyes in the cargo area.

There are four lashing eyes in the cargo area for securing cargo.

Multi-function
hook
General
information A multi-function hook is located on the left
side in the cargo area.
Safety
information WARNING
Improper use of the multi-function hooks
can lead to a risk of objects flying about during
braking and evasive maneuvers. There is a risk
of injury and risk of property damage. Only
hang lightweight objects, e.g., shopping bags,
from the multi-function hooks. Only transport
heavy luggage in the cargo area if it has been
appropriately secured.'

Folding
down
Press on the multi-function hook and turn until
it engages.
Side
storage
compartments
General
information A storage compartment is located on the left
and right sides in the cargo area.
Pull on the straps.

floor
There is a storage compartment under the cargo floor panel.
Fold up the cargo floor panel.
Through-loading
system Concept
The through-loading system allows the trans#j port of long objects, such as skies.

information The cargo floor panel can be lowered to stow
bulky luggage.
Safety
information NOTE
The spaces under the cargo area floor
are intended for the covers of the side storage compartments. Other objects may result in
damage to the vehicle electrical system if the
cargo area floor should sink down or in an acci#j
dent. There is a risk of damage to property.
Only place the covers of the side storage com#j
partments into the spaces under the cargo
area floor.'

3.Stow the covers of the side storage com#j
partments under the cargo floor panel in the respectively provided recesses.4.Lift the cargo floor panel by its handle to#jwards the back and up and lower it.5.Press the side partition nets downward.
Reducing
the
size
Proceed in reverse order to make the cargoarea smaller again.
Ski
and
snowboard
bag
The ski and snowboard bag is contained in a
protective jacket in the cargo area.
