Overview
Camera
The camera is installed near the interior mirror. Keep the windshield in front of the interior mirj
ror clean and clear.

played on the Info Display in the instrument

The system may not be fully functional and may provide incorrect information in the folj
lowing situations:'yIn heavy fog, wet conditions, or snowfall.'yWhen signs are fully or partially concealed by objects, stickers or paint.'yWhen driving very close to the vehicle in
front of you.'yWhen driving toward bright lights or strong
reflections.'yWhen the windshield in front of the interior
mirror is fogged over, dirty or covered by a sticker, etc.'yIn the event of incorrect detection by the
camera.'yIf the speed limits stored in the navigation
system are incorrect.'yIn areas not covered by the navigation sysj

Information is displayed in the Info Display of the instrument cluster. Pressing the button rejpeatedly displays additional information.

signal lever calls up the following information in the Info Display:

Range
Displays the estimated cruising range available with the remaining fuel.
The range is calculated based on your driving style over the last 20 miles/30 km.
Averagefuelconsumption
The average fuel consumption is calculated for
the period while the engine is running.
The average fuel consumption is calculated for
the distance traveled since the last reset by the Onboard Computer.
Averagespeed
Periods in which the vehicle is parked with the
engine manually stopped are not included in
the calculation of the average speed.
Resettingaveragevalues
Press and hold button on turn signal lever.
Distancetodestination
Depending on the vehicle equipment, the disj
tance remaining to the destination is displayed
if a destination is entered in the navigation sysj tem before the trip is started.
The distance to the destination is adopted auj
tomatically.
Timeofarrival Depending on the vehicle equipj
ment, the estimated time of arj
rival is displayed if a destination is entered in the navigation sysj
tem before the trip is started.
The time must be correctly set.

Concept
The Onboard Computer displays different vej hicle data on the Control Display, such as averj
age values.

The vehicle features two types of Onboard
Computers.'y"Onboard info": average values, such as
the fuel consumption, are displayed. The values can be reset individually.'y"Trip computer": the values deliver an
overview of a certain distance and can be reset as often as necessary.

The shape of the windshield makes it possible
to display a precise image.
A film in the windshield prevents double imj
ages from being displayed.
For this reason, it is strongly suggested to have the special windshield replaced by a dealj
erss service center or another qualified service
center or repair shop, if necessary.

The low beams are switched on and off autoj matically depending on the ambient brightj
ness, for instance in tunnels, in twilight or if there is precipitation.

A blue sky with the sun low on the horizon can
cause the lights to be switched on.
When emerging from a tunnel during the day,
the low beams are not switched off immedij
ately but instead only after approx. 2 minutes.
The low beams always stay on when the fog
light is switched on.
