REMOTE KEYLESS
ENTRY TRANSMITTER
KEYLESS ACCESS SYSTEM
Lock
Press to lock all doors.
Unlock
Press to unlock the driver’s door only or all doors.
Press and hold for 3 seconds to open all windows.
[ Remote Start
With all doors locked, press and release and then immediately press again and hold for approxi-mately 3 seconds to start the engine from
outside the vehicle.
Power Release Trunk
Press twice to open the trunk.
Vehicle Locator/Panic Alarm
Press and release to locate your vehicle. The exterior lamps flash and the horn chirps 3 times.
Press and hold for 3 seconds to activate the alarm. Press it again to cancel the alarm.
Door/Glovebox Key
Press the button (A) on the side of the transmitter to pull out the key. Refer to your Owner’s Manual for instructions to remove the key cylinder cap on the driver’s door handle.
Note: To change or enable some Remote Keyless Entry settings, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock, Start.

The Keyless Access System enables operation of the doors and trunk without removing the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter from your pocket or purse. The transmitter must be within 3 feet of the trunk or door being unlocked.
KEYLESS UNLOCKING
With the RKE transmitter within range:
Press the button on the driver’s door handle to unlock the driv-er’s door; press it again within 5 seconds to unlock all doors.
Press the button on a passenger door handle to unlock all doors.
Press the touch pad above the license plate to open the trunk.
KEYLESS LOCKING
With the ignition off, the RKE transmitter removed from the vehicle, and all doors closed:
Press the button on any door handle to lock all doors immediately.
PASSIVE LOCKING
To have all doors lock automatically after a short delay when the ignition is off, the RKE transmitter is removed from the vehicle, and all doors are closed, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock, Start > Passive Door Lock.
To have the driver's door or all doors unlock when using the button on the driver's door handle, go to Settings > Vehicle > Remote Lock, Unlock, Start > Passive Door Unlock.

KEYLESS START
The Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter must be in the vehicle to turn on the ignition.
START
With the vehicle in Park or Neutral, press and hold the brake pedal and then press the ENGINE START/STOP button to start the engine. The green indi-cator on the button will illuminate.
Note: If the RKE transmitter battery is weak, place the transmitter in t\
he rearward cupholder in the center console to enable the engine to start. Replace the transmitter battery as soon as possible.
STOP/OFF
Shift to Park and press the ENGINE START/STOP button to turn off the engine.
Retained Accessory Power will be available after the engine is turned off for up to 10 minutes, or until the driver's door is opened, to operate the radio, power outlets, OnStar♦, and wireless charging system♦. Power window and sunroof♦ functionality will stop when any door is opened.
ACCESSORY
With the engine off and the brake pedal NOT depressed, press the ENGINE START/STOP button to place the vehicle in Accessory mode to enable use of certain electronic features. The amber indicator on the button will illuminate.

AUTO ENGINE STOP/START
The fuel-saving stop/start system automatically turns off the engine, referred to as an Auto Stop, when the brake pedal is pressed and the vehi-cle is at a complete stop, if certain operating conditions are met. In Auto Stop mode, the tachometer gauge will read AUTO STOP. When the brake pedal is released or the accelera-tor pedal is pressed, the engine will restart. After parking the vehicle and turning off the engine, the tachometer gauge will read OFF.
The engine may remain running or restart when the vehicle is stopped if:
• A minimum vehicle speed was not reached prior to stopping.
• The engine or transmission is not at the required operating temperature.
• The outside temperature is not in the required operating range.
• The shift lever is in any gear other than Drive (D).
• The battery charge is low.
• The climate control system requires the engine to run based on the current settings.
• The Auto Stop has reached the maximum allowed time.
AUTO ENGINE STOP/START DISABLE
Press the $ button on the center console to turn off the auto-matic stop/start system. The button indicator is not
illuminated when the system is off.
The system is turned on each time the vehicle is started.

FRONT SEAT FEATURES
POWER SEAT ADJUSTMENT
A. Thigh Support Adjustment♦
Pull up and slide the lever to adjust the thigh support.
B. Seat Adjustment
Move the horizontal control to move the seat forward or rearward and to tilt♦, raise or lower the seat.
C. Seatback Recline Adjustment
Move the vertical control to recline or raise the seatback.
D. Lumbar Support Adjustment♦
Press the outer edge of the round control to adjust the position and amount of lumbar support.
Press the center control up or down to adjust the bolster support♦.
E. Front Seat Lumbar Massage♦
With the ignition On, press the button to turn the massage feature on or off.
AUTOMATIC HEATED/VENTILATED FRONT SEATS♦
When the vehicle is turned on, the heated or ventilated front seats will automatically activate based on the vehicle’s interior temperature.
To turn the automatic heated or ventilated front seats on or off, go to Settings > Vehicle > Climate and Air Quality.
SET SEAT MEMORY♦ POSITIONS
With the ignition On or in Accessory mode:
1. Adjust the driver’s seat and power out-side mirrors to the desired positions.
2. Press and release the SET button on the driver’s door. A beep will sound.
3. Immediately press and hold button 1 or 2 until two beeps sound. Use the button that matches the Driver Information Center welcome message indicating driver 1 or 2.
To store a seat position for more clearance when exiting the vehicle, repeat the steps using the Exit button.
RECALL SEAT MEMORY♦ POSITIONS
Press and hold button 1, 2 or Exit until the set position is reached.
The memory/exit positions can be programmed to be recalled automatically when the ignition is turned On/Off (for exit recall, the driver’s door must be opened).
To set the automatic recall options, go to Settings > Vehicle > Seating Position > Seat Entry Memory and Seat Exit Memory.

DRIVER MODE CONTROL
Driver Mode Control automatically adjusts the steering, powertrain, braking, engine sound and other♦ tuning in real time. Pressing the MODE button on the center console displays the mode menu on the instrument cluster and activates the next available mode.
DRIVER MODES
My Mode – Allows the engine sound, steering and braking response to be customized to your preference; go to Settings > Vehicle > My Mode.
Tour Mode – Use in nor-mal driving for balanced comfort and handling.
Sport Mode – Use where road conditions or personal preference dictate a more performance-oriented response.
Snow/Ice Mode – Use
during slippery conditions to help control wheel speed.
Track Mode♦ – Use when maximum vehicle handling is desired.
V-Mode♦ – Press the V-Mode button on the steering wheel to
activate customized settings for maximum handling; go to Settings > Vehicle > V-Mode.
The mode features vary. Not all vehicles have all features.

ELECTRIC PARKING BRAKE
To apply the parking brake, press the Parking Brake switch on the left side of the instrument panel. PARK will appear on the instrument cluster when the parking brake is set.
To release the parking brake, turn on the ignition, press the brake pedal, and then press the switch.

Automatic Vehicle Hold will hold the vehicle stationary after the brake pedal has been released and until the accelerator pedal is pressed. The indicator illuminates in green on the instrument
cluster when the system is holding the vehicle.
To turn the system on or off, press the AUTO HOLD button on the center console.

DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS
FRONT AND REAR PARK ASSIST♦ – During low-speed park-ing maneuvers, the system provides “distance to closest object”
information on the Driver Information Center and the Safety Alert Seat pulses or a beep sounds (if selected). When an object is very close, the Safety Alert Seat pulses or 5 beeps sound (if selected).
Press the Park Assist button on the instrument panel
center controls to turn Park Assist, Reverse Automatic Braking♦, and Rear Cross Traffic Alert♦ on or off.
REAR CROSS TRAFFIC ALERT♦ – When in Reverse, the system warns of cross traffic approaching in either direction by displaying a red alert on the infotain-ment screen and the left or right side of the Safety Alert Seat pulses or beeps sound (if selected).
To turn the system on or off, go to Settings > Vehicle > Collision/Detection Systems > Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
HD REAR VISION CAMERA – When the vehicle is in Reverse below 8 mph, a view of the area behind the vehicle displays on the info-tainment screen.

TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR
The Low Tire Pressure warning light on the instrument cluster illuminates when one or more of the vehicle’s tires is
significantly underinflated. Fill the tires to the proper tire
pressures listed on the Tire and Loading Information label, located below the driver’s door latch. Current tire pressures can be viewed on the Driver Information Center.
With the ignition On or in Accessory mode, the Tire Fill Alert will provide visual and audible alerts when inflating a tire. When the recommended tire pressure is reached, the horn sounds and the turn signal changes from flashing to a solid light.

SUNROOF♦
OPEN/CLOSE THE SUNROOF
Press the TILT switch to vent the sunroof. Pull the switch to close the sunroof.
Press the SLIDE switch to express-open the sunroof. Press again to stop movement.
Pull the SLIDE switch to express-close the sunroof. Pull again to stop movement.
