INSTRUMENT PANEL
Panel grouping together the dials and
warning/indicator lamps. These inform
the driver of the activation/deactivation
of a system or of the occurrence of a
fault.
3. Instrument panel screen:
- Warning and status displays.
- Total and trip distance recorders.
- Service indicator.
- Coolant temperature.
- Trip computer information.
- Cruise control setting.
- Dashboard lighting and parameter settings.
- Fuel level.
- Ambient temperature.

- d i s t a n c e r e c o r d e r A ,
- d i s t a n c e r e c o r d e r B ,
- s e r v i c e i n d i c a t o r ,
- c o o l a n t t e m p e r a t u r e ,
- r a n g e ,
- t r i p c o m p u t e r ,
- setting menu. This displays the dis-
tance and the number of
months remaining before
the next service in line
with with the manufac-
turer's servicing sched-
ule (refer to the "Service
indicator" section).
Service indicator
When the engine is
r u n n i n g , t h i s i n d i c a t e s
the temperature of the
coolant (refer to the
"Coolant temperature
indicator" section).
Coolant temperature When the engine is run-
n i n g , t h i s i n d i c a t e s t h e
number of miles (kilo-
metres) which can still
be travelled with the fuel
remaining in the tank
based on the average
fuel consumption over
the last few miles (kilometres) travelled
(refer to the "Range" section).
Range
This indicates the aver-
a g e f u e l c o n s u m p t i o n , t h e
average speed and the
current fuel consumption
(refer to the "Trip compu-
ter" section).
Trip computer
When the vehicle is
s t a t i o n a r y , t h i s a l l o w s
the user to change the
following settings (refer
to the "Setting menu"
section):
- t h e d i s p l a y l a n g u a g e ,
- the temperature dis- p l a y u n i t s ,
- t h e f u e l c o n s u m p t i o n u n i t s ,
- the option to reset the average fuel consumption and the average
s p e e d ,
- the break (rest) reminder display in- terval.

When the vehicle is

the user to change the

- resetting average fuel consumption
a n d a v e r a g e s p e e d ,
- t h e f u e l c o n s u m p t i o n u n i t s ,
- t h e t e m p e r a t u r e d i s p l a y u n i t s ,
- t h e d i s p l a y l a n g u a g e ,
- activation/deactivation of the INFO
b u t t o n s o u n d ,
- the break (rest) reminder display i n t e r v a l ,
- restore factory settings.
SETTING MENU
System which provides access to the
settings of certain functions.
T o c h a n g e t h e s e t t i n g s , y o u
must stop the vehicle and switch
on the ignition.
Apply the parking brake and place
the gear lever in neutral.
When the vehicle is moving , t h e
setting menu screen is not displayed
when you press the INFO button.
The various menus may differ for the
type 1 instrument panel and the type 2
instrument panel.
With the ignition on , p r e s s t h e INFO
b u t t o n o n t h e d a s h b o a r d , t o t h e r i g h t o f
t h e i n s t r u m e n t p a n e l , s e v e r a l t i m e s i n
succession until the "SETTING MENU"
screen is displayed.
Operation
press and hold the INFO button for
a few seconds to display the menu
screen.
Press and hold the INFO button
for a few seconds to return to the
previous screen.
When the menus screen is dis-
p l a y e d , i f n o o p e r a t i o n i s c a r r i e d o u t
w i t h i n 1 5 s e c o n d s , t h e s e t t i n g m e n u
screen is displayed.

seconds to alternate between the
c h o i c e s ( O N , O F F ) .
R e s t o r i n g f a c t o r y s e t t i n g s (RESET)
You can restore all of the factory settings
for all of the functions.
On the menu screen:
press the INFO button to select
"
RESET
"
(located on menu 2/2 or
3/3 depending on the instrument
panel) . The factory settings are:
press and hold the INFO button for
at least 5 seconds .
An audible signal is heard and all of the
factory settings are restored for all of
the functions.

Equipment, contrast, traffic information (TP)
F - Choose to adjust or set the pa-rameters of certain equipment
offered in your vehicle (e.g.: un-
folding/folding of the mirrors, clos-
ing the windows on locking, timing
and sensitivity of the automatic
lighting, direction indicators mo-
torway function, ...):
F1 - to scroll up the list,
F2 - o scroll down the list,
F3 - to reinitialise all of the settings (manufacturer's settings).
Press each setting to select or change the parameters.
G - Choose to adjust the contrast of the display in relation to the ambi-
ent light level (day, night or auto-
matic).
H - Choose to activate or deactivate t h e t r a f fi c i n f o r m a t i o n ( T P ) .
