- Turn the key to position 4 (START).- Hold it in this position for a few seconds,until the " READY" lamp comes on,
accompanied by an audible signal.
- Release the key.
The switch returns automatically to

3 (ON) .

On fixed.The main battery is on charge. On completion of the charge, the lamp goes off.

g. The charging cable is connected to
the vehicle but the main battery is not yet charging. Check the connection of the char
ging cable.

Applying

immobilise your vehicle.
When parking on a slope, direct your wheels against the kerb, apply the parking brake, place the drive selector in position P and switch off the ignition.

Parking the vehicle

To stop the motor, you must select position P.P
You must apply the parking brake to immobilise
the vehicle.
To remove the key from the ignition switch, thedrive selector must be in position P.P

Charging the main battery
)Pull lever 1
, located at the bottom of the
dashboard, driver's side, to open the
access flap for the normal charging socket(right hand side of the vehicle).
Normal charging
Before connecting, check that the power point you want to use is standardand is compatible with the current rating on the charging cable control unit. In all cases, it is recommended that your installation be checked by a qualified electrician.
There are two types of charging: normal and fast.
Normal charging should be used in pre
ference;
it is done from a domestic power point.
Fast charging is done at a compatible fastcharge station.
) Apply the parking brake and put the driveselector in position P

Switch off all electrical consumers and turn
the ignition switch to the "LOCK"
position.
Always use a genuine CITROËN charging cable.

If the ambient temperature is below -25 °C, charging may not be possible.

Check the compatibility of the charging station and its charging cable with your vehicle.

Press latch 4to open the socket cover.)
Ensure that there is no foreign body on the
vehicle's charging socket.
Fast charging
)Apply the parking brake and put the drive
selector in position P.P)Switch off all electrical consumers and turn
the ignition switch to the "LOCK"position. )Pull lever 3 , located under the driver's seat,
outer side, to open the access flap for the
fast char
ging socket (left hand side of the
vehicle).
Do not touch the metal end of thenormal charging socket or of thecharging cable. Risk of electrocution and/or faults.
)Connect the charging cable of the charging station to the vehicle following the
instructions on use of the station.

Changing a wheel



- A jack: for lifting the vehicle.

- A wheelbrace: for removin
g and refitting
the wheel bolts.

- A handle: for operating the jack.
These tools are not supplied with your vehicle.
Parking the vehicle

Immobilise the vehicle where it does notblock traffic: the ground must be level,stable and not slippery. Apply the parking brake, switch off the ignition and put the drive selector in
position Pto lock the wheels.
If necessary, place a chock under thewheel diagonally opposite the wheel to be changed.
You must ensure that the occupants get out of the vehicle and wait where they are safe. Never go underneath a vehicle raised using a jack; use an axle stand.
