Dashboard fusebox
The fuse box is placed in the lower section
of the dashboard (left-hand side).
Access to the fuses

F3 5 A Airbags and pretensioners control unit.

F4 10 A Air conditioning, clutch switch, electrochromatic

F5 30 A Electric windows panel, passenger’s electric
window control, front electric window motor.

F6 30 A Rear electric windows motors and driver’s electric
window motor.

F7 5 A Courtesy lamp, side reading lamps.

AUDIO PRE-EQUIPMENT
Your vehicle is equipped with certain
factory-fi tted audio equipment:
- a dual-function aerial at the rear of the roof,
- a coaxial aerial cable,
- basic interference suppression,
- cabling for speakers in the front doors and tweeters in the dash-
board,
- cabling for speakers in the rear doors,
- two 8-way connectors. Fitting an audio unit
The audio unit is fi tted in place of one
of the storage boxes located below the
heating and air conditioning control
panel.
Fitting speakers
It is possible to fi t:
- 165 mm diameter speakers in the
front doors,
- 130 mm diameter speakers in the rear doors,
- 22.5 mm diameter tweeters in the top of the dashboard. Connectors

Never use a separate wire to
connect the (+) of your audio
equipment (risk of discharging of
the battery).

B1: (+) Rear right speaker
B2: (-) Rear right speaker
B3: (+) Front right speaker and tweeter
B4: (-) Front right speaker and tweeter
B5: (+) Front left speaker and tweeter
B6: (-) Front left speaker and tweeter
B7: (+) Rear left speaker
B8: (-) Rear left speaker Before installing a radio unit or
speakers in your vehicle, contact
a CITROËN dealer to obtain a
suitable wiring harness.
 Unclip the storage box on each side
using a screwdriver and pull out.
You will then have access to an aerial co-
axial cable and two 8-way connectors.
Then refer to the instructions provided
with your audio unit.

TECHNICAL DATA
The infl ation pressure must be
checked when the tyres are cold,
at least once a month. If the infl ation pressure is too low,
this increases fuel consumption.
IDENTIFICATION MARKINGS
Various visible markings for the identifi -
cation of your vehicle.

A. Vehicle identifi cation number (VIN)
under the bonnet.
This number is engraved on the body-
work near the damper mounting.
B. Vehicle identifi cation number on
the dashboard.
This number is indicated on a self-
adhesive label which is visible through
the windscreen.

C. Manufacturer's label.
The VIN is indicated on a self-destroying
label affi xed to the driver's centre pillar.
D. Tyre/paint label.
This label is affi xed to the driver's centre
pillar.
It bears the following information:
- the tyre pressures, for unladen and laden conditions,
- the wheel rim and tyre sizes,
- the brands of tyre recommended by the manufacturer,
- the spare tyre infl ation pressure,
- the paint colour code.
Wheels which are fi tted with
205/45 R17 tyres cannot be fi t-
ted with snow chains. For further
information, contact a CITROËN
dealer.
