Never do anything relating to the cooling system of an engine that is hot.
12V battery
See “Starting with a slave battery”.
Engine oil
Check the engine oil level on horizontal ground with the engine having been s w i t c h e d o f f f o r a t l e a s t 1 0 m i n -utes.
Quality: See “Maintenance Guide”.
Pull out the manual dipstick.
The level should be between the marks MIN.and MAX. on the gauge.
It must never exceed the maximum.

Recommendations:Spread the load evenly, avoiding overloading on one side.
Position the heaviest weight as low down as possible.
Tie the load down securely and add warning signs if it is protruding.
Drive conservatively, as the vehicle will be more vulnerable to si de winds.

When using the bars the chocks 4 are essential.
Recommendations:Maximum permissible weight: 6 0 k g w e l l d i s t r i b u t e d o n t h e two transverse bars.Spread the load uniformly and fi r m l y l a s h i t d o w n , a d d i n g a v i s -ible warning on any part that is overhanging.
Position the heaviest weight as low down as possible.

DIAGNOSISThis menu allows you to :Display the log of alerts. This gives you a list of the most recent alerts which have been signalled to you by a message on the multifunction screen, whether or not accompanied by the lighting of one of the alert warning lamps.Display the level of charge of the sys-tem back-up battery. The latter enables you to make an emergency call should there be a disconnection of the vehicle's main battery.Display the status of the GPS coverage. This enables you to see how many satel-lites are available, as well as the status of the location of your vehicle.
Remark :The back-up battery has a life of 4 years. It must be disposed of by a specialist operator, never thrown into the public refuse.National regulations should be consulted and complied with.
