The fuel consumption fi gures shown here correspond to the val ues communicated at the time of printing.
These fuel consumption values were established in accordance wi th Directive 80/1268/CEE. They may vary depending on
the style of driving, traffi c conditions, weather conditions, the load in the vehicle, the maintenance of the vehicle and the use
of vehicle equipment.
Quality of the fuel used for petrol engines
The petrol engines are perfectly compatible with E10 type pe trol biofuels (containing 10 % ethanol), conforming to Europe an
standards EN 228 and EN 15376.
E85 type fuels (containing up to 85 % ethanol) are reserved e xclusively for vehicles marketed for the use of this type of fuel
(BioFlex vehicles). The quality of the ethanol must comply with European standard EN 15376.
For Brazil only, special vehicles are marketed to run on fuels co ntaining up to 100 % ethanol (type E100).

Quality of the fuel used for Diesel engine s
The Diesel engines are perfectly compatible with biofuels w hich conform to current and future European standards (diesel
fuel which complies with standard EN 590 mixed with a biofue l which complies with standard EN 14214) available at the
pumps (containing up to 7 % Fatty Acid Methyl Ester).
The B30 biofuel can be used in certain Diesel engines; ho wever, this use is subject to strict application of the special servicing
conditions. Consult a CITROËN dealer.
The use of any other type of (bio)fuel (vegetable or animal oils, pure or diluted, domestic fuel...) is strictly prohibited (risk of
damage to the engine and fuel circuit). FUEL

The GTW and towed load values indicated are valid up to a maximum altitude of 1 000 metres; the towed load mention ed
must be reduced by 10 % for each additional 1 000 metres of a ltitude.
The speed of a towing vehicle must not exceed 60 mph (100 k m/h) (comply with the legislation in force in your country).
High ambient temperatures may result in a reduction in the pe rformance of the vehicle to protect the engine; if the ambient
temperature is above 37 °C, limit the towed load.
* The weight of the braked trailer can be increased, w
ithin the GTW limit, if the GVW of the towing vehicle is reduced by an
equal amount. Warning: towing using a lightly loaded to wing vehicle may have an adverse effect on its road holding.
