MULTIFUNCTION SCREENS
Displays on the screen
This displays the following information:
- time,
- date,
- a m b i e n t t e m p e r a t u r e ( t h i s fl a s h e s i f there is a risk of ice),
- state of the openings (doors, boot, etc.),
- audio sources (radio, CD, USB port, etc.),
- trip computer (refer to the end of the section).
Warning messages or information mes-
sages may appear temporarily. These
can be cleared by pressing the "ESC"
button. From the audio equipment control panel,
you can:
press the "MENU" button for access
to the main menu ,
press the " " or " " buttons to scroll
through the items on the screen,
press the "MODE" button to change
the permanent application (trip com-
puter, audio source...),
press the " " or " " buttons to
change a setting value,
press the "OK" b u t t o n t o c o n fi r m ,
or
press the "ESC" button to abandon
the operation in progress. Main menu
Press the "MENU" button for ac-
cess to the main menu :
- audio functions,
- trip computer (refer to the end of the section),
- p e r s o n a l i s a t i o n - c o n fi g u r a t i o n ,
- telephone (hands-free kit).
Press the " " or " " buttons to se-

once this menu has been selected you
can activate or deactivate the functions
linked with use of the radio (RDS, REG,
R a d i o T e x t ) , t h e C D ( i n t r o s c a n , s h u f fl e ,
CD repeat) or the MP3 player (USB
port).

Connect the memory stick to the port, directly or u s i n g a l e a d . I f t h e a u d i o e q u i p m e n t i s s w i t c h e d on, the USB source is detected as soon as it i s c o n n e c t e d . P l a y b e g i n s a u t o m a t i c a l l y a f t e r a delay which depends on the capacity of the USB memory stick.

The playlists types accepted are m3u, .pls, .wpl.
This unit consists of a USB port and an auxiliary J a c k s o c k e t * . T h e a u d i o fi l e s a r e t r a n s m i t t e d f r o m p o r t a b l e e q u i p m e n t s u c h a s a d i g i t a l p l a y e r or a USB memory stick to your Audio system to be listened to via the vehicle's speakers.
USB memory stick (1.1, 1.2 and 2.0) or iPod ® of g e n e r a t i o n 5 o r l a t e r :
- USB memory sticks should be formatted FAT or FAT 32 (NTFS not supported),
- the iPod ® lead is essential, ®

The display and control is via the portable device.
First adjust the volume of your portable device.
Then adjust the volume of your audio system.

The auxiliary socket, JACK or RCA, permits the connection o f a p o r t a b l e d e v i c e ( M P 3 p l a y e r . . . ) .
Do not connect a device to both the USB port and the auxil
iary JACK socket simultaneously.
C o n n e c t t h e p o r t a b l e d e v i c e ( M P 3 player…) to the auxiliary JACK socket or to the audio sockets ( w h i t e a n d r e d , R C A t y p e ) u s i n g a suitable cable (not supplied).
Press the SOURCE button several times in succession and select AUX.
