Rear parcel shelf
There are several options for storing the shelf:
- either upright behind the front seats,
- or flat at the base of the boot. The hooks can be used to secure shoppin

Luggage cover roller
In the 5 -seat configuration, it is installed behind
the second-row seats, with the third-row seats
folded awa
y.
In the 7-seat configuration, it is stowed behind
the third row seats.
Installation
)
Position the left and right hand ends of the
roller in cut-out A
, with the mobile flap at
the front. ) Pull out the blind until it reaches the boot
pillars.
) Inser t the guides of the blind into the rails on the pillars B.

Removal
)Disengage the roller guides from the rails
in the pillars B.)Guide the blind as it is reeled in. )Unlock the roller by pressing one of
the grips located at the ends of the reelsupport.
The mobile flap allows passengers in the second row to place their seats inthe "comfort" position.

Stowing behind the 3 rd
row seats
To fold the 3rdrow seats with the roller
stowed at the rear, it is necessary to raise theconcertina boards in order to allow access to
the seat locking controls (red straps).
)Ensure that the 3rdrow seats are folded.)Fold the first two concertina boards.)Install the roller in the space above the armrest, one side after the other, inclining itslightly. )Slide the roller as far as it will go, up to thecut-outs provided at the back of the boot,
with the two flaps directed downwards.)Unfold the third row seats.
The folded concer tina boards can be positioned horizontally or ver tically.

Torch
This is a removable lamp, fitted in the side of
the boot, which can be used to illuminate the
boot or as a torch.

Operation
This torch operates with NiMH typerechargeable batteries.
It has a battery life of approximately 45 minutes
and charges while you are driving.

Use
)Extract the torch from its location by pullingit from the front. )Press the switch, located on the back, to switch the torch on or off. )Unfold the suppor t, located on the back, toset down and raise the torch; for example,
when changing a wheel.



Storing
)Put the torch back in place in its location starting with the rear.
If you have forgotten to switch off the torch,
this switches it off automatically.

It the torch is not engaged correctly, itmay not charge and may not come onwhen the boot is opened.
Obser ve the polarities when fitting the batteries. Never replace the rechargeablebatteries with single-use batteries.

Starting-switching off the engine with the electronic key
)Place the gear selector lever at Nfor
vehicles with an electronic gearbox, Por Nfor vehicles with an automatic gearbox or neutral with a manual gearbox. )Inser t the electronic key in the reader.)Press the brake pedal for vehicles with an electronic or automatic gearbox, or
fully declutch for vehicles with a manualgearbox.

Starting the engine
For Diesel vehicles, intemperatures below zero theengine will not star t until the preheater warning lamp has gone off.
If this warning lamp comes on after pressing "STA R T/STOP", you should hold the brake or clutch pedal down
until the warning lamp goes off and do not press the START/STOP buttonagain.



If one of the star ting conditions is notmet, a reminder message appears in the instrument panel screen. In somecircumstances, it is necessary to turnthe steering wheel slightly while pressingthe "STA R T/STOP" button to assistunlocking of the steering; a messagewarns you when this is needed.

Electronic key left in the reader
If the electronic key is left in the reader,on opening the driver's door a message appears to warn you. In the event o
f an emergency only,
the engine can be switched off
without any conditions. To do this,press the "STA R T/STOP" button for about three seconds.
In this case the steering column locks
as soon as the vehicle stops

Emergency stop
)Immobilise the vehicle. )Place the gear selector lever at Nfor
vehicles with an electronic gearbox, Por Nfor an automatic gearbox, or neutral with amanual gearbox.
Switching off the engine

If the vehicle is not immobilised, the engine will not stop.

The engine stops and the steering column locks.

Starting-switching off the engine with the "Keyless Entry and
Starting" system
)Place the gear selector lever at Nfor
vehicles with an electronic gearbox, Por Nwith an automatic gearbox, or neutral witha manual gearbox. )With the electronic key inside the vehicle (it is not necessary to put it in the reader), press the brake pedal for vehicles withan electronic or automatic gearbox, or fully declutch for vehicles with a manual
gearbox.
For Diesel vehicles, intemperatures below zero theengine will not star t until thepreheater warning lamp hasgone off. If this warning lamp comes onafter pressing "STA R T/STOP", you should hold the brake or clutch pedal down until thewarning lamp goes off and donot press the START/STOP button again.

The presence in the defined zone of theelectronic key for the "Keyless Entry and Starting" system is essential. For safety reasons, do not leave this zone with the vehicle running.


If the electronic key is not detected in the zone, a message is displayed. Movethe electronic key into the zone so thatthe engine can be started.

the vehicle, press the " START/

P " button.
The engine stops and the steering column locks.

a manual gearbox.
Switching off the engine

Do not leave your vehicle with theelectronic key still inside.

declutch with a manual gearbox.)Press the "STA R T/STOP" button.
The engine starts.
