TOWING WITH WHEELS ON THE GROUND
Towing eye fi xings are located at the front and at the rear of the vehicle.
Detach the cover:For the front cover, lever with a screwdriver at the top of the cover.
For the rear cover, press on the right hand side.
The ignition key must be in position M to retain steering.
Use a bar with attachments to the towing eyes as above.
The towing eye is removable, to be stowed in the jack protect ion box inside the spare wheel.

(*) Weight transfer: The braked tow-ing weight can be increased.
It is possible, when the towing vehi-cle is within the gross vehicle weight, to transfer weight allowance from the trailer.
In all cases, do not exceed the trailer and Gross Train Weight values indi-cated.
(1) In the case of a towing vehicle, the maximum speed is limited to 100 km/h (62 mph).
Observe your vehicle's towing lim-its. It is essential to comply with the max. Gross Trailer Weights and speed limits as specifi ed by legislation in each country.
Chainable tyres: All tyres are chain-able, except 18” or 19”.

The Multifunction screenDuring a guidance, you have access to the following types of information:

Apart from on the screen, the manœuvres t o b e m a d e a r e a n n o u n c e d by a vo i c e synthesiser.
Repeating the last piece of voice infor-mationA few seconds after enunciation of a guid-ance voice instruction, you have the pos-sibility of hearing it again.Keep the end of the lighting control stalk pressed.
How to adjust the volume for the voice instructions ?While a voice instruction is being spoken, press on the volume adjustment but ton c ontrols either on the system or on the steering wheel.Adjustment is also possible in the “Confi gu-ration” menu.

The shortcut options available allow you:
to resume or stop the guidance towards the last desti nation entered
to divert an itinerary according to the number of kilometres (or miles) that you will have indicated
to defi ne or modify the calculation criteria for the itinerary (shortest way, quickest way. etc.),
to access the list of Traffi c information messages,
to move the pointer on the Map.

CONSULTING OF MESSAGES
The fi lters enable you to select the types of information which you wish to receive.This menu gives you access:To the geographical fi lter: information concerning incidents situated around your vehicle, around a given location and/or on an itinerary (radius of 3 to 200 km),To road information: information con-cerning road incidents such as traf fi c, road closures, height /width limitations, state of the roadway or weather condi-t i o n s (d e p e n d i n g o n t h e i n f o r m a t i o n available).To urban traffi c information: information concerning the town where you are, such as parking, public transport and demon-strations (depending on the information available).The fi lters can be cumulative.If no fi lter is selected, all the TMC information will be displayed.
