SELECTION OF CRUISE CONTROL
T h i s d r i v i n g a s s i s t a n c e f u n c t i o n a l l o w s y o u t o d r i v e a t t h e s p e e d o f your choice without the need to action the accelerator.
Cruise control is available in thehigher gears only , for speeds greater than 24 mph (40 km/h).Note: Information relating to the cruise control is displayed in zone A of your instrument panel.

ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAMME (ESP) AND TRACTION CONTROL (ASR)
T h e s e s y s t e m s a r e c l o s e l y a s s o c i a t e d w i t h A B S a n d a d d i t i o n a l t o i t . I n t h e e v e n t o f a l o s s o f c o n t r o l o f t h e v e h i c l e b y t h e d r i v e r , t h e ESP s y s t e m a c t s a u t o m a t i c a l l y o n o n e o r m o r e w h e e l s a n d a l s o o n t h e e n g i n e t o b r i n g t h e v e h i c l e b a c k o n t r a j e c t o r y . T h e ASR s y s t e m o p t i m i s e s t r a c t i o n a n d p r e v e n t s w h e e l s p i n b y a c t i n g o n t h e b r a k e s o f t h e d r i v i n g w h e e l s a s w e l l a s o n t h e e n g i n e . I t a l s o i m p r o v e s s t e e r i n g s t a b i l i t y d u r i n g a c c e l e r a t i o n .
OPERATION
When either the ESP or the ASR s y s t e m i s b r o u g h t i n t o o p e r a t i o n t h e w a r n i n g l a m p "ESP/ASR" fl a s h e s .
DEACTIVATION
I n e x c e p t i o n a l c o n d i t i o n s ( v e h i c l e s t u c k i n s n o w , s o f t g r o u n d , e t c . ) i t m a y p r o v e u s e f u l t o d e a c t i v a t e t h e ESP/ASR s y s t e m s t o a l l o w t h e w h e e l s t o s p i n a n d t h u s r e g a i n t r a c t i o n .
P r e s s o n b u t t o n A , t h e "ESP/ASR" w a r n i n g l a m p , a s w e l l a s t h e l a m p o n the button A , l i g h t u p . T h e ESP/ASR s y s t e m s a r e n o l o n g e r a c t i v e .

On steep gradients, turn the steering towards the pavement.It is not possible to release the electric parking brake if the key is removed or in position S.
