Press this button until the boot is heard to unlock.



Opening from inside

Lower the tailgate using the interior grab
handle.
If the tailgate is not closed correctly, engine
runningor vehicle moving(speed above
6 mph (10km/h)), a message appears in the
instrument panel screen for a few seconds.
Tailgate release

Unlocking
)Fold back the rear seats to gain access to
the lock from inside the boot.)Insert a small screwdriver into hole Aof thelock to unlock the tailgate. )Move the latch to the left.

System allowing the mechanical unlocking of
the boot in the event of a battery or central
locking system malfunction.
Locking the front and rear
passenger doors
)Open the doors. )On the rear doors, check that the child lockis not on (see Child Safety). )Remove the black cap, located on the edge
of the door, using the key.)Insert the key in the socket without forcing
it, then without turning it, move the latch
sideways towards the inside of the door. )Remove the key and refit the cap. )Close the doors and check that the vehiclehas locked correctly from the outside.
Unlocking the front and rear
passenger doors
)Pull the interior door opening control.




Locking after closing

If the fault persists after closing again, the boot
will remain locked.

Practical information

Reversing lamp (tailgate)
)
Carefully remove the lamp from the
outside. The retaining clips unclip
automatically.) Turn the bulb holder a quarter of a turn and replace the bulb.
For reassembly, carry out these operations in reverse order.
Foglamp
)Open the tailgate.)Unclip the skir t of the lamp.)Remove the access cover and the lampfixing nut.
Access is by passing a hand under the bumper. ) Turn the bulb holder a quarter of a turn andpull it out.)
Change the bulb.
