clean and adjusted f or best visibility.
Be sure to adjust the mirrors bef ore
you start driving.
The inside mirror has day and night
positions. The night position reduces
glare f rom headlights behind you.
Flip the tab on the bottom edge of
the mirror to select the day or night
position.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON
(II) position, and use the switch
under the lef t dashboard vent to
operate the moonroof .
To tilt up the back of the moonroof ,
press and hold the center button
().
To close the moonroof , press and
hold the top of the switch ( ).
To open the moonroof , press and
hold the bottom of the switch
().

TABOpening or closing the
moonroof on someone’s hands
or fingers can cause serious
injury.
Make sure all hands and fingers
are clear of the moonroof
before opening or closing it.
If you try to open the moonroof in
below-f reezing temperatures, or when
it is covered with snow or ice, you can
damage the moonroof panel or motor.

Turn the ignition switch to the ON
(II) position.
Push the appropriate edge of the
adjustment switch to move the
mirrorright,left,up,ordown.
When you f inish, move the
selector switch to the center (off)
position. This turns the
adjustment switch of f to keep your
settings.
The outside mirrors are heated to
remove fog and frost. With the
ignition switch in the ON (II)
position, turn on the heaters by
pressing the rear window def ogger
button. The indicator in the button
comesonasareminder.Pressthe
button again to turn the heaters and
the def ogger of f .
Move the selector switch to L
(driver’s side) or R (passenger’s
side).

The cargo area floor can be taken
out and used as a table.
To remove the table, pull up the
carpet. Lif t and pull on the handle to
slidethetableout.
To use the f ront beverage holder,
pull on the handle.
Be caref ul when you are using the
beverage holders. Spilled liquid that
is very hot can scald you or your
passengers. Spilled liquids can also
damage the upholstery, carpeting,
and electrical components in the
interior.

Unf old the legs. Lock them in place
by pushing on the middle of the
locking arms. Make sure all f our are
locked.
To f old the legs, pull on the middle
of each locking arm.
Be sure to lock the legs of the
table.
Do not put a weight of over 44 lbs
(20 kg) on the table.

To put the table back in place, hold
onto the handle and put the
projection on the table into the hole
in the cargo area f loor.
Hot items such as pots, pans, or
kettles should not be placed
directly on the tabletop.

Open the glove box by pulling the
bottom of the handle. Close it with a
f irm push. Lock or unlock the glove
box with the master key.
The glove box light comes on only
when the parking lights are on.

To open the sunglasses holder, push
on the f ront edge. Make sure the
holder is closed while you are driving.
Some larger styles of sunglasses
may not f it in the holder.
To use the center table, pull up the
outside edge of the table until it
latches. To store it, pull the lever and
lower the table.
Sitting on or getting under the table,
or putting heavy objects on the table,
may damage or deform it.
Do not put any items on the table
while driving. They may f all down or
f ly around when you go around
corners or brake hard.

These sockets are intended to supply
power f or 12 volt DC accessories
that are rated 120 watts or less (10
amps).
To use an accessory power socket,
the ignition switch must be in the
ACCESSORY (I) or ON (II) position.
None of the sockets will power an
automotive type cigarette lighter
element. When more than one
socket is being used, the combined
power rating of the accessories
should be 120 watts or less
(10 amps). Open the center pocket by pulling
the handle.
To use the sun visor, pull it down.
Whenusingthesunvisorforthe
side window, remove the support rod
f rom the clip, and swing it out.
The ceiling light has a three-position
switch; ON, Door Activated, and
OFF. In the Door Activated (center)
position, the light comes on when
you:
Open any door.
Unlock the doors and the tailgate
with the key or remote transmitter.

After all doors are closed tightly, the
light f ades out in about 30 seconds.
The ceiling light (with the switch in
the center position) comes on when
you remove the key f rom the ignition
switch. If you do not open a door, the
light f ades out in about 30 seconds.
If you leave any door or the tailgate
open with the key not in the ignition
switch, the ceiling light will go of f
af ter 3 minutes.
Turn on the spotlight by pushing the
button. Push the button again to turn
it of f . You can use the spotlights at
all times.
The ignition switch light comes on
when you open the driver’s door. It
f ades out in about 30 seconds af ter
the door is closed.
The cargo area light has a three-
position switch. In the OFF position,
the light does not come on. In the
center position, the light comes on
when you open the tailgate or the
hatch glass. In the ON position, the
light stays on continuously.
