Reset
You can initialize all the sound settings.
Turning on/off the screen touch sound
To turn on or off the touch sound on the screen,
touch Beep at the top of the screen.
Navigation Volume
You can select a method to adjust the navigation volume.
Mute Navigation Guidance (if equipped)
Press the Mute button on the steering wheel when the navigation
guidance is being output to set to mute the guidance volume for
10 seconds.
Use Map Screen Volume Buttons
You can adjust the navigation volume by using the volume control
button on the map screen.

Use Network (if equipped)
When UVO is activated, press the button in the vehicle to initiate
network Navigation searches. Network searches can provide a
greater variety of results, but rely on network signal strength.
Audio samples are collected and stored anonymously for further
quality improvements.
Confi guring the voice
recognition settings
You can change the settings for voice recognition.

000eVehicle Symbol: You can specify the icon type to display your
current location on the map.
000eUnit: You can set the distance unit of the navigation map to
Kilometers (km) or Miles (mi) (if equipped).
000eShow Vehicle Speed: Displays the vehicle speed on the map.
Display
You can specify the information to display on the navigation map
screen.

The screen may diff er depending on the vehicle model and
specifi cations.
Map
You can specify the items to display on the map.
000eMap Font Size: You can set the size of the screen font on the
navigation map.
000eMap Color: You can set the navigation map background color.
000eMap Display: You can specify the items to display on the map.
000dMap View: Set the navigation map display mode. To
automatically rotate the map screen based on the driving
direction, select 2D Heading Up. To fi x the top of the map
screen to north, select 2D North Up. If you select 3D Map,
the map screen is displayed in 3D mode and automatically
rotates based on the driving direction.

Guidance

Show Guidance Distance
You can confi gure settings for displaying the distance to the
destination during guidance.
000eInterval Distance: Displays the distance as the one between
diff erent zones.
000eCumulative Distance: Displays the distance as the one
between the current position and target position.
Border Crossing Info.
You can set whether or not to display the border crossing
information on the screen. 000eDetailed Guidance View: You can set to display detailed
information on the Map screen, such as moving directions
and lane change.
000eSpeed Limits: Sets whether or not to display the speed limits
on the screen.
Map Auto-scale Settings
You can set the scales for each vehicle speed zone.

For example, when you select “100 m” for the “21–50 km/h”
zone and “200 m” for the “51–80 km/h” zone, the unit interval
for the map scale on the navigation screen becomes 100
m when the vehicle speed is 50 km/h and 200 m when the
vehicle speed is 51 km/h.
Return to Map: Set Time
You can set the system to automatically display the map screen
after a specifi ed period of time when switched to the Radio/Media
mode screen while using the navigation.

This function works while driving once a destination has been

Auto Re-center Map
You can set the system to automatically display the current

When displaying gas stations or LPG charging stations on the
map, the fuel prices below a specifi c range can be displayed.

Select Display Fuel Price Info on Map to view recommended
fuel prices based on the prices off ered in the area.

User Data
You can import location data from a USB device to the system, or
export the data on the system to a USB device.

You can access the online user’s manual of the system by
scanning the QR code with your smartphone.
Reset
You can initialize all system settings including general settings
and navigation settings.

settings. To reset the settings, remove the USB cable from

Updating the system software
and map
You can update the navigation map and infotainment system.
Please visit your local dealership to update your system.

Any changes made after the update fi le is created are not
refl ected in the map. As a result, certain roads, buildings, and
speed limits on the map may not be up to date.

Depending on the total data amount, an update may take
several minutes.
 A
Do not turn off the system or remove the storage device while
the update is in progress. When power supply is cut off or the
storage device is removed from the system, it may damage
the data or cause a system malfunction.
Repeat Folder
Set to include sub-folders when playing a folder on repeat.
