Camber
This is the wheel’s camber with respect to a plane perpendicular to the ground (
Fig.1). The camber may be positive
(the vehicle’s wheels are “open” toward the top) or negative (the wheels appear open toward the bottom). The
camber affects roadholding and driving comfort. The adjustment values were designed to obtain the best compromise between roadholding and comfort. Strut caster
This is the angle that forms the steering axis of the wheel projected on the longitudinal vertical plane with respect to
the transversal vertical plane passing through the wheel axle ( Fig.2). When this angle is positive the steering axis
meets the ground in front of the vertical axis; momentum is therefore created that tends to realign the wheels.
Toe-in
This is the angle formed between the equatorial planes of the wheels of an axle and the vertical-longitudinal plane
passing through the middle of the vehicle ( Fig.3). The angle is positive when the directions of the two wheels
converge at a point in front of the vehicle. It is negative when the point of convergence is behind the vehicle. In order
to improve vehicle stability, the toe-in of the wheels is kept positive.

Check that there are no burrs or corrosion on the hole ( $)LJ) where the valve is inserted.
1. Insert the valve ( %)LJ) with the head (which contains the threaded hole for connecting the TPMS sensor)
facing toward the inside of the rim.

Cars with VIN < 1916:The seatback covering in the side airbag area is glued to the airbag’s housing. Be
careful not to tear it during removal.

Cars with VIN >= 1916:The seatback covering in the side airbag area is secured by means of slots and tabs.
To remove it, raise the tabs and remove the covering.
6. Remove the seatback covering, starting from the back and pulling toward the front.
