Check that there are no burrs or corrosion on the hole ( $)LJ) where the valve is inserted.
1. Insert the valve ( %)LJ) with the head (which contains the threaded hole for connecting the TPMS sensor)
facing toward the inside of the rim.
2. Insert the torsion bar ( C-Fig.10) in the valve’s hole ( %)LJ).

( /XPEDUVXSSRUWFRQWUROGHYLFH 3UHOLPLQDU\RSHUDWLRQV • Remove the seat from the passenger compartment 3XQWR1 .
• Remove the seatback cover 3XQWR+ .
• Remove the side airbag (088003).
• Remove the headrest 3XQWR$ .
• Remove the seatback padding 3XQWR% .
'LVDVVHPEOLQJWKHFRQWUROGHYLFH1. Detach the connector ( $)LJ) of the lumbar support control device’s motor ( %)LJ).
2. Pull the deformable part ( &)LJ) of the lumbar support control device toward the seatbelt buckle side to
unhook its fasteners ( )LJ) from the frame and remove it:
If necessary, use a screwdriver as a lever.
3. Remove the two rivets ( ')LJ) that secure the lumbar support control device’s motor to the frame and
remove the motor using a drill with a 4 - 4.5 mm bit.
