Disputes submitted to the BBB AUTO LINEprogram are usually decided within 40 daysafter you file your claim with the BBB. Youare not bound by the decision, and mayreject the decision and proceed to courtwhere all findings of the BBB Auto Linedispute, and decision, are admissible in thecourt action. Should you choose to acceptthe BBB AUTO LINE decision, Ford is thenbound by the decision, and must comply withthe decision within 30 days of receipt of youracceptance letter.
BBB AUTO LINE Application: Using theinformation that follows, call or write torequest a program application. You will beasked for your name and address, generalinformation about your new vehicle,information about your warranty concerns,and any steps you have already taken to tryto resolve them. A Customer Claim Form willbe mailed that needs to be completed,signed and returned to the BBB along withproof of ownership. Upon receipt, the BBBreviews the claim for eligibility under theProgram Summary Guidelines.

For vehicles delivered to authorizedCanadian dealers. In those cases where youcontinue to feel that the efforts by Ford ofCanada and the authorized dealer to resolvea factory-related vehicle service concernhave been unsatisfactory, Ford of Canadaparticipates in an impartial third partymediation/arbitration program administeredby the Canadian Motor Vehicle ArbitrationPlan (CAMVAP).
The CAMVAP program is a straightforwardand relatively speedy alternative to resolvea disagreement when all other efforts toproduce a settlement have failed. Thisprocedure is without cost to you and isdesigned to eliminate the need for lengthyand expensive legal proceedings.

According to the "Technical Specificationsfor Low Power Radio Frequency Equipment"formulated by the National Communicationsand Communication Committee of theExecutive Yuan: 3.8.2. For the low-powerradio frequency equipment that has obtainedthe verification certificate, the company, firmor user shall not change the frequency,increase the power or change thecharacteristics and functions of the originaldesign without authorization.
The use of low-power radio frequencyequipment must not affect flight safety andinterfere with legal communications: whenthe system detects interference, immediatelystop using it until there is no interference.
The aforementioned legal communicationrefers to the wireless communicationoperated in accordance with the provisionsof the Telecommunications ManagementLaw. Low-power radio frequency equipmentneeds to endure the interference of legalcommunication or industrial, scientific andmedical radio wave radiation electricalequipment.

We will use reasonable endeavors to providethe SUNA Traffic Channel 24 hours a day,365 days a year. The SUNA Traffic Channelmay occasionally be unavailable for technicalreasons or for planned maintenance. We willtry to perform maintenance at times whencongestion is light. We reserve the right towithdraw SUNA Products and/or Services atany time.
Also, we cannot assure the uninterruptedreception of the SUNA Traffic ChannelRDS-TMC signal at any particular location.
6. Limitation of Liability
Neither Intelematics (nor its suppliers or themanufacturer of your device (the“Suppliers”)) shall be liable to you or to anythird party for any damages either direct,indirect, incidental, consequential orotherwise arising out of the use of or inabilityto use SUNA Products and/or Services evenif Intelematics or a Supplier has been advisedof the possibility of such damages. WARNING: Do not remove or alterthe original equipment floor covering orinsulation between it and the metal floorof the vehicle. The floor covering andinsulation protect occupants of the vehiclefrom the engine and exhaust system heat
and noise. On vehicles with no originalequipment floor covering insulation, do notcarry passengers in a manner that permitsprolonged skin contact with the metal floor.Failure to follow these instructions mayresult in fire or personal injury.
U.S. federal laws and certain state lawsprohibit removing or rendering inoperativeemission control system components. Similarfederal or provincial laws may apply inCanada. We do not approve of any vehiclemodification without first determiningapplicable laws.
Tampering with emissions controlsystems including related sensorsor the Diesel Exhaust Fluid systemcan result in reduced engine power and theillumination of the service engine soon light.
