The 360° Camera will not function or will onlypartially function inthefollowing situations:
RThe doors are open.
RThe side mirrorsarefolded in.
RThe trunk lid is open.
RThere is heavyrain, snow orfog.
RThe ambient light conditions are poor, e.g. atnight.
RThe camera lens is obstructed, dirty orfog‐ged up.

The braking effect isreduced afterwashingthevehicle.
Afterthevehicle has beenwashed,brake carefully while paying attentiontothe traffic conditions untilthe brakingeffect has been fullyrestored.
NOTEDamageduetounsuitable carwash
Before driving into a carwash makesurethatthe carwash is suitableforthevehicle dimensions.
Ensurethere is sufficient ground clear‐ance betweenthe underbody andtheguiderails ofthe carwash.
Ensurethatthe clearance width ofthecarwash, in particularthe width oftheguiderails, is sufficient.
Toavoid damageto yourvehicle when using acarwash, ensurethefollowing beforehand:
RActive Distance AssistDISTRONIC andtheHOLD function are deactivated.
Rthe 360° Camera ortherear view camera isswitched off.
Rthe side windowsand sliding sunroof arecompletelyclosed.
Rthe blowerfortheventilation/heating isswitched off.
Rthe windshield wiper switch is in positionZ.
Rin carwashes with a conveyor system: neu‐tral\\is engaged.
Rthe SmartKeyis at a minimum distance of10ft(3 m)awayfromthevehicle,otherwisethe trunk lid could open unintentionally.
Ifyouwould liketoleavethevehicle while itis beingwashed, make surethe SmartKeyis
located inthevehicle. The]gear isother‐wise automatically engaged.
If, afterthe carwash,youremovethewaxfromthe windshield and wiperrubbers,thiswill prevent smearing andreduce wipernoise.
Information on using a powerwasher

Thewater jet from around-spraynozzle (dirtgrinder) may cause damagetotires and sus‐pension componentsthat is not visible.
Components damaged inthisway mayfailunexpectedly.
Do not use high-pressurecleaningequipment withround-spraynozzlestocleanyourvehicle.
Damaged tires or suspension compo‐nents must bereplaced immediately.

Wear indicator:narrowbars (treadwear bars)that are distributedoverthe tire contact surface.Ifthe tire tread is level withthe bars,thewearlimit of 1/16in (1.6 mm) has beenreached.
Distribution ofvehicle occupants:distributionofvehicle occupantsover designated seat posi‐tions in avehicle.
Maximum permissible payloadweight:nomi‐nal load and luggage load plus150 lb (68kg)multipliedbythe number of seats inthevehicle.

Interchangingthe front andrear wheels ifthewheels or tires havedifferent dimensionsmay severely impairthe drivingcharacteris‐tics.
The wheel brakes or wheel suspension com‐ponents may also be damaged.
Rotatefront andrear wheels onlyifthewheels and tires are ofthe same dimen‐sions.
Thewear patterns onthe front andrear wheelsdiffer:

Onvehiclesthat havethe same size front andrear wheels,rotatethe wheels accordingtotheintervals inthe tire manufacturer'swarranty
book inyourvehicle documents. Ifthis is notavailable,rotatethe tiresevery3,000to6,000 miles (5,000to10,000 km),depending onthewear. Ensurethatthe directionofrotation is maintained.

Whenstoring wheels, observethefollowingnotes:
