The audio system operates whentheignition switchis
placed inthe ªONº orªACCº position.
Power/VOL dial:

Power ON/OFF:
T o turn onthe audio system, pushthePower/VOL dial.
The system willturn oninthe mode, whichwasused
immediately beforethesystem wasturned off.
T o turn offthe audio system, pushthePower/VOL dial.
V olume control:
T o control thevolume, turnthePower/VOL dial.
T urn thePower/VOL dialclockwise tomake thesound
louder.
T urn thePower/VOL dialcounterclockwise tomake the
sound quieter.
SETUP button:

T o configure Audio,Clock, RadioorLanguage
settings, performthefollowing procedure:
1. Push theSETUP button.
2. Turn theMENU/ENTER dial,thedisplay will
appear inthe following order:

3. Push theMENU/ENTER dial.
After thedesired levelshavebeen set,push theBack
button repeatedly orpush theSETUP button.
Audio adjustments:

displayed, andpush theMENU/ENTER dial.

. Sound menu
Bass:
Use thiscontrol toenhance orattenuate bass
response sound.
T reble:
Use thiscontrol toenhance orattenuate the
treble.
Bal.:
Use thiscontrol toadjust thebalance ofthe
volume between theleftand right speakers.
Fade:
Use thiscontrol toadjust thebalance ofthe
volume between thefront andtherear speakers.
. AUX Inmenu
Use thiscontrol toadjust thevolume outputfrom
the auxiliary source.
. Speed Vol. menu
This mode controls thevolume outputfromthe
speakers automatically inrelation tovehicle speed.
Adjusting thesetting to0(zero) turnsoffthe
speed volume feature.
. Bass Boost menu
T urn onoroff the Bass Boost feature which
emphasizes thelower audio frequencies.
. Audio Default menu
The audio unithasasaved preset settings asa
factory default. SelectªYesº tochange allsettings
back tothe factory presetsettings. SelectªNoºto
exit themenu keeping thecurrent settings. Clock
setting:
T urn theMENU/ENTER dialuntil theClock is
displayed, andpush theMENU/ENTER dial.
T urn theMENU/ENTER dial,themode willchange as
follows:

The clock display canbeturned onand off.When

. Format
Switch theclock display between 24-hourmode
and 12-hour clockmode.
Radio setting:
T urn theMENU/ENTER dialuntil theRadio is
displayed, andpush theMENU/ENTER dial.
The FMstation whichcanbereceived willbeupdated.
Language setting:
T urn theMENU/ENTER dialuntil theLanguage is
displayed, andpush theMENU/ENTER dial.
Select theappropriate languageandpush theMENU/
ENTER dial.Upon completion, thescreen willauto-
matically adaptthelanguage setting.

1. Place thejack directly underthejack-up point as
illustrated sothat thetop ofthe jack contacts the
vehicle atthe jack-up point.
The jack should beplaced onfirm level
ground.
2. Align thejack head between thetwo notches
located atthe jack-up point ofeither thefront or
the rear section.
3. Fitthe groove ofthe jack head between the
notches asshown.
4. Loosen eachwheel nut,counterclockwise, oneor
two turns withthewheel nutwrench.
Do not remove thewheel nutsuntil thetire is
off the ground.
5. Carefully raisethevehicle untiltheclearance
between thetireand ground isachieved.
6. To lift the vehicle, securely holdthejack lever and
rod with both hands andturn thejack lever.
