Zone map
The difference betweenmagnetic northandgeogra-
phical northisknown asvariance. Insome areas, this
difference cansometimes begreat enough tocause
false compass readings. Followtheseinstructions to
set the variance foryour particular locationifthis
happens:
1. Push the
switch formore than3seconds.
The current zonenumber willappear inthe display .2.
Find yourcurrent location andvariance one
number onthe zone map.
3. Push the
switch repeatedly untilthenew
zone number appears inthe display .After youstop
pushing theswitch in,the display willshow a
compass directionwithinafew seconds.
. Ifthe compass deviatesfromthecorrect indication
soon afterrepeated adjustment, havethecom-
pass checked ataNISSAN dealer. .
The compass maynotindicate thecorrect
compass pointintunnels orwhile driving upor
down asteep hill.(The compass returnstothe
correct compass pointwhen thevehicle movesto
an area where thegeomagnetism isstabilized.)
CAUTION:
. Donot install aski rack, antenna, etc.which
are attached tothe vehicle bymeans ofa
magnet. Theyaffect theoperation ofthe
compass.
. When cleaning themirror, useapaper towel
or similar material dampened withglass
cleaner. Donot spray glasscleaner directly
on the mirror asitmay cause theliquid
cleaner toenter themirror housing.

detected speedlimit.Thesystem captures theroad

vehicle information display.For vehicles equipped with
navigation system,thespeed limitdisplayed isbased
on acombination ofnavigation systemdataandlive
camera recognition. TSRinformation isalways dis-
played atthe top ofthe vehicle information display,and
optionally inthe main central areaofthe display screen.
WARNING:
The TSR system isonly intended tobe asupport
device toprovide thedriver withinformation. It
is not areplacement forthe driver's attention to
traffic conditions orresponsibility todrive
safely. Itcannot prevent accidents duetocare-
lessness. Itis the driver's responsibility tostay
alert anddrive safely atall times.

1. Inthe [Settings] menu,selectthe[Driver Assis-
tance] key.
2. Touch [Traffic Sign] toturn thesystem ON/OFF .

temperature conditions(overapproximately 408C
(1048F )and then started, theTSR system maybe
deactivated automatically.The [Not available high

When theinterior temperature isreduced, theTSR
system willresume operating automatically .
System Malfunction

automatically andthesystem [Malfunction]/[System
error] warning message willappear inthe vehicle
information display.

appears, pulloffthe road atasafe location andstop
the vehicle. Turn theengine offand restart theengine.

If the high beam assist indicator lightdoes not illuminate
inthe above condition, itmay indicate that
the system isnot functioning properly.Have thesystem
checked byaNISSAN dealer.
When thevehicle speedlowers toless than approxi-
mately 25km/h (16MPH) ,the headlight remainsthe
low beam.
T o turn offthe high beam assist system, turnthe
headlight switchtothe
position orselect thelow
beam position byplacing thelever inthe neutral
position.

sure toobserve thefollowing:
. Always keepthewindshield clean.
. Donot attach asticker (including transparent
material) orinstall anaccessory neartheambient
image sensor.
. Donot strike ordamage theareas around the
ambient imagesensor. Donot touch thesensor
lens thatislocated onthe ambient imagesensor.

The headlight aimingcontrol operates whenthe
ignition switchisin the ªONº position andtheheadlight
is on toallow theheadlight axistobe adjusted
according tothe driving condition.
When driving withnoheavy load/luggage ordriving on
a flat road, select thenormal position ª0º.
If the number ofoccupants andload/luggage inthe
vehicle changes, theheadlight axismay become higher
than normal.
If the vehicle istraveling onahilly road, theheadlights
may directly shineonthe rearview andoutside mirrors
of avehicle aheadorthe windshield ofan oncoming
vehicle, whichmayobscure otherdrivers' vision.
T o adjust tothe proper aimingheight, turntheswitch accordingly
.The higher thenumber, designated onthe
switch, thelower theheadlight axis.
Select theswitch position byreferring tothe following
samples.

operates forapproximately 15minutes. Afterthepreset
time haspassed, thedefogger willturn offautomati-
cally .
T o turn offmanually ,push thedefogger switchagain.
CAUTION:
. When operating thedefogger continuously,
be sure tostart theengine. Otherwise, itmay
cause thebattery todischarge.
. When cleaning theinner sideofthe window,
be careful nottoscratch ordamage the
electrical conductors onthe surface ofthe
window.
NO TE:
When therear defogger isturned on,the Stop/
Start System orIdling StopSystem (ifequipped)
will notbeactivated.

When thehorn switch ispushed andheld, thehorn will
