1. Distance tooil change

The distance tooil change isdisplayed ifthe distance
to oil change isless than 1,500 km(930 miles) .
2. Oil replacement indicator

When thesetmileage approaches, theengine oil
replacement indicatorwillappear onthe display .After
the oilischanged, resetthedistance tooil change. The
oil replacement indicatorwillnot bereset automati-
cally .To reset thisindicator, seeªSettingsº (P.2-21) .
The distance tooil change intervalcannotbeadjusted
manually .The distance tooil change intervalisset
automatically .
CAUTION:
If the oilreplacement indicatorisdisplayed,
change theengine oilassoon aspossible.
Operating yourvehicle withdeteriorated oilcan
damage theengine.
3. Low level reminder

If the low level indicator isdisplayed, theengine oil
level islow .If the low level reminder isdisplayed, check
the level using theengine oildipstick. (SeeªEngine oilº
(P .8-10) .)
CAUTION:
The oillevel should bechecked regularly using
the engine oildipstick. Operating withan
insufficient amountofoil can damage theengine
andsuch damage isnot covered bythe
warranty.
4. Oil level sensor warning

If the oilsensor warning isdisplayed, theengine oil
level sensor maybemalfunctioning. ContactaNISSAN
dealer immediately .

TPMS resetting

T o keep theTPMS functioning properly,the reset
operation mustbeperformed inthe following cases.
. when thetirepressure isadjusted
. when atire orawheel isreplaced
. when thetires arerotated
Perform thefollowing procedures toreset theTPMS.
1. Park thevehicle inasafe andlevel place.
2. Apply theparking brakeandplace theshift lever in
the ªPº (Park) position.
3. Adjust thetire pressure onallfour tires tothe
recommended COLDtirepressure shownonthe
tire placard. Useatire pressure gaugetocheck
the tirepressure.
4. Place theignition switchinthe ªONº
position.

Removing tire

1. Remove thewheel nuts.
2. Remove thedamaged tire.
CAUTION:
The tireisheavy. Besure thatyour feetareclear
from thetire and usegloves asnecessary to
avoid injury.

. Never useoilorgrease onthe wheel studs
or nuts. Thismaycause thewheel nutsto
become loose.
. The T-type spare tireisdesigned foremer-
gency useonly. 1.
Clean anymud ordirt from thesurface between
the wheel andhub.
2. Carefully putthespare tireonand tighten the
wheel nutswithyour fingers. Checkthatallthe
wheel nutscontact thewheel surface horizontally .
3. Tighten thewheel nutsalternately andevenly in
the sequence illustrated(

tight.
4. Lower thevehicle slowlyuntilthetire touches the
ground.
5. Tighten thewheel nutssecurely ,with thewheel
nut wrench, inthe sequence illustrated.
6. Lower thevehicle completely .
Tighten thewheel nutstothe specified torque
with atorque wrench assoon aspossible.
Wheel nuttightening torque:
108 N´m (11kg-m, 80ft-lb)
The wheel nutsmust bekept tightened to
specification atall times. Itis recommended
that thewheel nutsbetightened tospecification
at each lubrication interval.
WARNING:
Retighten thewheel nutswhen thevehicle has
been driven for1,000 km(600 miles) (alsoin
cases ofaflat tire, etc.).
For models equipped withTirePressure
Monitoring System(TPMS)

. After adjusting thetire pressure, theTPMS must
be reset. SeeªTire Pressure Monitoring System

ing System (TPMS)º (P.8-36) fordetails aboutthe
resetting procedure.
. After adjusting tirepressure tothe COLD tire
pressure, thedisplay ofthe tire pressures (if
equipped inthe vehicle information display)may
show higher pressure thantheCOLD tire
pressure afterthevehicle hasbeen driven more
than 1.6km(1mile) .This isbecause thetire
pressurizes asthe tire temperature rises.This
does notindicate asystem malfunction.
