comfort of fully automatic
gear changing , enhanced by a
sport programme and a snow
programme, or manual gear
changing .

select a position.
The indicator light for the position selected comes on on

to start the engine , handbrake
applied or released.
R everse: to reverse (select this
position with the vehicle stationary
and the engine at idle).

to park , handbrake applied.
Note : if position N is engaged
inadvertently while driving,
allow the engine to slow down
before engaging position D to

T : snow programme.
Manual changing of the four

the - sign to change down to
the next gear.
Note: the S (sport) and T (snow)

during manual operation. Starting the engine
F
with the handbrake applied,
select position P or N on the
grid,
F turn the ignition key to the
Starting position.
Starting the vehicle
With the engine running, to start
the vehicle from position P:
F the brake pedal must be
pressed in order to exit

then progressively decrease
the pressure on the brake
pedal; the vehicle moves off
immediately.
You can also start from position N:
F release the handbrake, with
your foot on the brake,
F select position R, D or M,
then progressively decrease
the pressure on the brake
pedal; the vehicle moves off
immediately.
