FAMILIARISATION
Operating the retractable roof
Opening the roof
Pull this control until the
roof is fully open.
Closing the roof
Press this control until the
r o o f i s f u l l y c l o s e d .

screen.

D o n o t r e l e a s e t h e r o o f c o n t r o l d u r i n g a
roof operation.
H o w e v e r , i n t h e e v e n t o f d a n g e r , r e -
l e a s e t h e c o n t r o l , t h e r o o f s t o p s ; t h e n ,
w h e n t h e d a n g e r i s n o l o n g e r p r e s e n t ,
c o m p l e t e t h e r e q u i r e d o p e r a t i o n .
I f t h e o p e r a t i o n h a s n o t b e e n c o m -
p l e t e d , y o u w i l l b e w a r n e d b y a n a u -
d i b l e s i g n a l a n d a m e s s a g e o n t h e
m u l t i f u n c t i o n s c r e e n . T h e s e w i l l b e
r e p e a t e d w h e n t h e v e h i c l e r e a c h e s a
n u m b e r o f s p e e d t h r e s h o l d s . Changing to "cabriolet"
c o n fi g u r a t i o n :
- t h e f o u r w i n d o w s l o w e r ,
- t h e b o o t o p e n s ,
- t h e r o o f f o l d s i n t o t h e b o o t ,
- t h e b o o t c l o s e s .
T h e e l e c t r i c w i n d o w c o n t r o l s a n d
t h e c o n t r o l f o r t h e f o u r w i n d o w s
a r e d e a c t i v a t e d d u r i n g r o o f o p e r a -
tions.
The roof electronic control unit
may stop the current operation
a s a p r e c a u t i o n ( e x a m p l e : d o o r
m o v e m e n t a n d r o o f o p e r a t i o n i n
q u i c k s u c c e s s i o n ) . I n t h i s c a s e ,
r e l e a s e t h e c o n t r o l t h e n a c t i v a t e
i t a g a i n t o c o m p l e t e t h e r e q u i r e d
operation.
Operating fault
I f a m a l f u n c t i o n o f t h e r o o f o c c u r s ,
a p p l y t h e p a r k i n g b r a k e , s w i t c h
o f f t h e i g n i t i o n , r e s t a r t t h e e n g i n e ,
t h e n s t a r t t h e r e q u i r e d o p e r a t i o n
again.
I f t h e p r o b l e m p e r s i s t s , c o n t a c t a
P E U G E O T d e a l e r . C h a n g i n g t o " c o u p é " c o n fi g u r a t i o n :
- t h e f o u r w i n d o w s l o w e r ,
- t h e b o o t o p e n s ,
- T h e r o o f o p e n s o u t a n d l o c k s a u t o -
m a t i c a l l y ,
- t h e b o o t c l o s e s .
T h e e n d o f t h e o p e r a t i o n i s c o n fi r m e d
b y a n a u d i b l e s i g n a l a n d a m e s s a g e o n
the multifunction screen.

BOOT
Opening
After unlocking the boot or the ve-
hicle using the remote control or the
key, pull the handle and raise the
boot lid.
Unlocking and partially opening
the boot
Press the boot unlocking
button on the remote control
for more than two seconds.
The boot opens slightly.
If a battery failure occurs, the boot
is locked. Contact a PEUGEOT
dealer. Boot anti-theft protection
The boot is designed to remain secure,
e v e n i n t h e " c a b r i o l e t " c o n fi g u r a t i o n .
So, when the vehicle is locked and the
roof is open, the boot cannot be un-
locked:
- by means of the interior door open-
ing control, when the key is not in
the ignition switch,
- by pressing the manual centralised control A , when the key is not in the
ignition switch.
- when the engine is running ,
this warning lamp comes on,
accompanied by a message
on the multifunction screen
for a few seconds,
- when the vehicle is moving (speed
above 6 mph (10 km/h)), this warn-
ing lamp comes on, accompanied
by an audible signal and a message
on the multifunction screen for a few
seconds.
Closing
Lower the boot lid using the interior
grab handle.
If the boot lid is not closed correctly: Automatic locking of the boot
I n t h e " c a b r i o l e t " c o n fi g u r a t i o n , w i t h
the vehicle locked, if you unlock the
boot by pressing the boot unlock-
ing button on the remote control,
it will lock automatically when you
close it again.
In this case, if you inadvertently
leave the key in the boot, press the
manual centralised control

mediately to unlock the boot and
retrieve the key.
