I f n e c e s s a r y , p l a c e a c h o c k u n d e r
t h e w h e e l d i a g o n a l l y o p p o s i t e t h e
w h e e l t o b e c h a n g e d .
Never go underneath a vehicle
r a i s e d u s i n g a j a c k ; u s e a n a x l e
stand.
Removing the wheel
List of operations
Remove the chromed bolt cover from
each of the bolts using the tool 3 .
F i t t h e a n t i - t h e f t s o c k e t 4 on the
w h e e l b r a c e 1 t o u n l o c k t h e a n t i - t h e f t
bolt.
Unlock the other bolts using the
w h e e l b r a c e 1 only.
P l a c e t h e j a c k 2 i n c o n t a c t w i t h o n e
o f t h e t w o f r o n t A or rear B locations
p r o v i d e d o n t h e u n d e r f r a m e , w h i c h -
e v e r i s c l o s e s t t o t h e w h e e l t o b e
changed.
E x t e n d t h e j a c k 2 u n t i l i t s b a s e p l a t e
i s i n c o n t a c t w i t h t h e g r o u n d . E n s u r e
t h a t t h e c e n t r e l i n e o f t h e j a c k b a s e
p l a t e i s d i r e c t l y b e l o w t h e l o c a t i o n A
or B used.
Raise the vehicle until there is
s u f i c i e n t s p a c e b e t w e e n t h e w h e e l
a n d t h e g r o u n d t o a d m i t t h e s p a r e
( n o t p u n c t u r e d ) w h e e l e a s i l y .
Remove the bolts and store them in
a c l e a n p l a c e .
R e m o v e t h e w h e e l .

w h e e l :

Have the tightening of the bolts and
t h e p r e s s u r e o f t h e s p a r e w h e e l
checked by a PEUGEOT dealer
w i t h o u t d e l a y .
H a v e t h e p u n c t u r e d w h e e l r e p a i r e d
a n d r e p l a c e i t o n t h e v e h i c l e a s
s o o n a s p o s s i b l e .

S c r e w i n t h e b o l t s b y h a n d t o t h e
s t o p .
P r e - t i g h t e n t h e a n t i - t h e f t b o l t u s i n g
t h e w h e e l b r a c e 1 i t t e d w i t h t h e a n t i -
theft socket 4 .
P r e - t i g h t e n t h e o t h e r b o l t s u s i n g t h e
w h e e l b r a c e 1 only.
L o w e r t h e v e h i c l e f u l l y .
F o l d t h e j a c k 2 and detach it.
L o c k t h e a n t i - t h e f t b o l t u s i n g t h e
w h e e l b r a c e 1 i t t e d w i t h t h e a n t i -
theft socket 4 .
L o c k t h e o t h e r b o l t s u s i n g t h e w h e e l -
brace 1 only.
R e i t t h e c h r o m e d b o l t c o v e r s o n
each of the bolts.
Store the tools in the box at the
bottom of the boot.
S t o r e t h e p u n c t u r e d w h e e l i n a
corner of the boot.
