Quality of the fuel used for petrol engines
The petrol engines are perfectly compatible with E10 type pe trol biofuels (containing 10 % ethanol), conforming to Europe an
standards EN 228 and EN 15376.
E85 type fuels (containing up to 85 % ethanol) are reserved e xclusively for vehicles marketed for the use of this type of fuel
(BioFlex vehicles). The quality of the ethanol must comply with European standard EN 15376.
For Brazil only, special vehicles are marketed to run on fuels co ntaining up to 100 % ethanol (type E100).

Quality of the fuel used for Diesel engine s
The Diesel engines are perfectly compatible with biofuels w hich conform to current and future European standards (diesel
fuel which complies with standard EN 590 mixed with a biofue l which complies with standard EN 14214) which can be distrib-
uted at the pumps (possible incorporation of 0 to 7% Fatty Aci d Methyl Ester).
The B30 biofuel can be used in certain Diesel engines; ho wever, this use is subject to strict application of the special servicing
conditions. Consult a PEUGEOT dealer.
The use of any other type of (bio)fuel (vegetable or animal oils, pure or diluted, domestic fuel...) is strictly prohibited (risk of
damage to the engine and fuel circuit).

The GTW and towed load values indicated are valid up to a maximum altitude of 1 000 metres; the towed load mention ed
must be reduced by 10 % for each additional 1 000 metres of a ltitude.
The speed of a towing vehicle must not exceed 60 mph (100 k m/h) (comply with the legislation in force in your country).
High exterior temperatures may result in a reduction in the perf ormance of the vehicle to protect the engine; if the exterior
temperature is above 37 °C, limit the towed load.
* The kerb weight is equal to the unladen weight + driver (75 kg).
** The weight of the braked trailer can be increased, w ithin the GTW limit, if the GVW of the towing vehicle is reduced by an
equal amount; warning, towing using a lightly loaded to wing vehicle may have an adverse effect on its road holding.

IDENTIFICATION FEATURES
Various visible marking elements for the
identifi cation and tracking of your vehicle. Wheels which are fi tted with
235/40 R18 tyres cannot be fi t-
ted with snow chains. For fur-
ther information, contact a PEUGEOT
dealer.
If the infl ation pressure is too
low, this increases fuel con-
sumption.
The infl ation pressure must be
checked when the tyres are
cold, at least once a month.

A. Chassis number under the bonnet.
This number is etched on the body- work near the damper support.
B. Chassis number on the wind-
screen lower crossmember.
This number is indicated on a gummed label which is visible
through the windscreen.

C. Manufacturer's label.
This number is indicated on a self- destroying label affi xed to the door
aperture, on the right-hand side.
D. Tyre/paint label.
This label is affi xed to the door aper- ture, on the driver's side.
It bears the following information:
- the tyre infl ation pressures with and without load,
- the wheel rim and tyre sizes,
- the brands of tyre recommended by the manufacturer,
- the infl ation pressure of the spare wheel,
- the paint colour reference.
