PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Special features of alloy
wheels
Bolt covers
Alloy wheel bolts are covered by
chrome trims.
Use tool 6 to remove the trims before
slackening the bolts. Fitting the spare wheel
If your vehicle is itted with a steel
spare wheel, when itting it, it is
normal
when tightening the bolts to
notice that the washers do not come
into contact with the rim. The spare
wheel is secured by the cone shape
of each bolt.
Anti-theft bolts
If your wheels are itted with an
anti-theft bolt (one per wheel), the
chrome trim and then the plastic
cover must be removed using tool 6,
before unscrewing the bolt using one
of the two anti-theft sockets (which
were given to you on delivery of your
vehicle along with the duplicate keys
and the conidential card) and the
wheel brace 1.
Note: make a careful note of the code
number engraved on the head of the
anti-theft socket. This will enable you
to obtain duplicate anti-theft sockets
from a PEUGEOT dealer.
Fitting snow tyres
If you it snow tyres mounted on
steel wheels onto your vehicle, it
is
essential to use special bolts
available from your PEUGEOT
dealer.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
F Turn the protective cover cor-
responding to the faulty bulb a
quarter of a turn and remove it.
F Disconnect the connector.
F Press the end of the securing clip
to free it. Change the bulb.
When itting the new bulb, ensure
that the direction notches are posi-
tioned correctly and the securing clip
is ixed properly.
F Reconnect the connector.
F Reit the protective cover, posi-
tioning it with the arrow upwards,
then turn it a quarter of a turn to
the right. The headlamps are itted with poly-
carbonate glass with a protective
coating.
Do not clean them with a
dry or abrasive cloth, nor with a
detergent or solvent product. Use
a sponge and soapy water.
4 - Side lights (W 5 W).
F Pull the socket rearwards, remove
the bulb and change it.
5 - Direction indicators (PY 21 W amber).
F Turn the bulb holder a quarter of a
turn and remove it.
F Change the bulb.
Note: In certain climatic conditions
(low temperature, humidity), con-
densation inside the headlamp
glass is normal ; it disappears a few
minutes after the lights are switched
on.CHANGING A BULB
Front lights
Handle the bulbs with a dry cloth.
1 - Dipped beam headlamps (H7-55 W).
2 - Main beam headlamps (H1-55 W).
3 - Front fog lamps (H1-55 W).

Direction indicator side
repeaters (WY 5 W amber).
F Push the repeater forwards and
release the assembly.
F Hold the connector and turn the
lens a quarter of a turn.
F Change the bulb.
Amber coloured bulbs
(direction indicators and
side repeaters), must be
replaced with bulbs of
identical speciication and
colour.
Rear lights
1 - Brake lights (diodes).
2 - Side lights (diodes).
3 - Direction indicators (P 21 W).
4 - Reversing light (P 21 W), left side.
Fog lamp (P 21 W), right side. Direction indicators
F
Remove the 3 bolts of the cor-
responding boot side trim to ac-
cess the light (use the 20 Torx
TM
adaptor of tool C located in the
handbook pocket),
F Remove the light ixing nut inside
the boot,
F Remove the light,
F Unscrew the bulb holder 5 a quar-
ter of a turn,
F Remove the bulb holder,
F Change the faulty bulb.
Note: When reitting, take care to
position the bulb holder and the light
correctly.
All work on the diode
lights must be carried out
by a PEUGEOT dealer.

Reversing light/fog lamp
F unclip the corresponding boot lid
trim at two points,
F move the trim aside gently to
access the bulb holder 6,
F unscrew the bulb holder a quarter
of a turn,
F remove the bulb holder,
F change the faulty bulb.
Note: When reitting, take care to
position the bulb holder correctly.Third brake light (diodes) Number plate lights (W 5 W)
F Insert a thin screwdriver into one
of the external holes of the lens.
F Push it outwards to unclip it.
F Remove the lens.
F Change the faulty bulb.
All work on the diode
lights must be carried out
by a PEUGEOT dealer.

CHANGING A FUSE
The fuse boxes are located
in the lower part of the fascia
(passenger side) and in the engine
compartment.
The spare fuses and special pliers A
are ixed to the inside of the lid of the
fascia panel fuse box.

Removing and changing a
fuse
Before changing a fuse, you must
establish the cause of the fault and
have it corrected. The fuse numbers
are indicated on the fuse box.

Use the special pliers A.
Always change a faulty fuse for
one of the same rating.Fascia panel fuses
F Unscrew the screw a quarter of
a turn with a coin, then pull the
handle to open the cover and
access the fuses.

Engine compartment fuses
Fuse box
To access the fuse box in the engine
compartment (next to the battery):
F unclip the cover.
Carefully close the cover and reit
the style cover when you have
inished. The electrical system of
your vehicle is designed
to operate with standard
or optional equipment.
Before installing other
electrical equipment or acces-
sories on your vehicle, contact a
PEUGEOT dealer.
PEUGEOT will not accept
responsibility for the cost incurred
in repairing your vehicle or
for rectifying the malfunctions
resulting from the installation of
accessories not supplied and not
recommended by PEUGEOT and
not installed in accordance with its
instructions, in particular where the
equipment in question consumes
more than 10 milliamperes.
