COMFORT
To raise the head restraint, pull it up-
wards.
To remove the head restraint, press
the lug A and pull the head restraint
upwards.
To put the head restraint back in po-
sition, locate the stems of the head
restraint in the holes taking care to
keep them in line with the seat back.
To lower the head restraint, press the
lug A and the head restraint at the
same time.
The head restraint has a frame with
a notch which prevents the head re-
straint from lowering; this is a safety
device which provides protection in
the event of an impact.
REAR HEAD RESTRAINTS
The rear head restraints are i xed
and cannot be adjusted. They incor-
porate pop-up roll-over hoops which
are triggered if the vehicle rolls over,
in both the coupé and the cabriolet
position, to guarantee your protec-
tion.
6. Heated seats switch
With the engine running, press the
switch. The temperature is controlled
automatically.
Pressing the switch again stops op-
eration.

Note: the command for activation of
heating of the seat(s) remains mem-
orised for two minutes after the igni-
tion has been switched off.

The adjustment is correct when
the upper edge of the head re-
straint is level with the top of the
head.
To tilt the head restraint, tilt the lower
part forwards or backwards.
5. Head restraint height and angle
adjustment
Never drive with the head re-
straints removed; they must be
in place and correctly adjusted.
Do not place any clothing on
the rear head restraints. Use a
special cover recommended by
your PEUGEOT dealer.
Following an accident, have the
roll-over hoops checked by a
PEUGEOT dealer.

VISIBILITY
For vehicles i tted with halogen
bulbs, depending on the load in your
vehicle, adjusting the beam of your
headlamps is recommended.

0. 1 or 2 people in the front seats.

-. 3 people.

1. 4 people.

-. Intermediate setting.

2. 4 people + maximum authorised
loads.

-. Intermediate setting.

3.
Driver + maximum authorised loads.

Initial setting is position 0. On vehicles with xenon bulbs:

when stationary , the system auto-
matically corrects the height of the
beam, whatever the load of the vehi-
cle. The driver is then assured of hav-
ing optimum lighting and not causing
a nuisance to other road users.

In cases of malfunction ,
the service warning light
comes on on the instrument
panel, accompanied by an
audible signal and a mes-
sage on the multifunction display.
The system places your headlamps
to the low position.

Do not touch the xenon bulbs. Contact
a PEUGEOT dealer.
Daytime lights *
On vehicles which are equipped with
daytime lights, the dipped headlamps
come on when the vehicle is started.
This warning light comes
on on the instrument panel. THE HEADLAMPS
