* The weight of the braked trailer can be increased, within the GTW, if the GVW of the towing vehicle is reduced by th e same
amount; warning, towing with a lightly loaded towing ve hicle may reduce its road holding performance.
The GTW and towing load values indicated are valid up to a maximum altitude of 1 000 metres; the towing load mentio ned
must be reduced by 10 % for each additional 1 000 metres of a ltitude.
It is recommended that the speed of a towing vehicle should not exceed 60 mph (100 km/h) or should comply with the
legislation in force in certain countries.
High exterior temperatures may result in a reduction of the vehicl e's performance in order to protect the engine; when the
exterior temperature is above 45 °C, limit the towing weight .

The label D on the driver's door pillar,
near the hinges, indicates:
- the wheel and tyre sizes,
- the brands of tyres approved by the manufacturer,
- the tyre pressures (the tyre pres-
sure must be checked when
the tyre is cold, at least once a
month) ,
- the paint colour reference.
Wheels which are itted with
17 inch tyres cannot be itted with
