Changing a fuse
The extraction tweezer and spare fuses are
fitted in the engine compar tment fusebox.
To gain access to them: )Open the bonnet (refer to the "Checks"
section).
)Unclip the and remove the cover. )Remove the tweezer. )Carefully close the cover to ensure correct
sealing of the fusebox.
Access to the tools
Before changing a fuse, the cause of the failure
must be identified and rectified. ) Check that the switch is in the "LOCK"position or that the vehicle mode is "
OFF".)
Identify the faulty fuse by checking thecondition of its filament. )
Use the special tweezer to extract the fuse from its location. )
Always replace the faulty fuse with a fuse of the same rating.)
Check that the number etched on the box,
the rating etched on the top and the tablesbelow all agree.

Carefully close the cover after replacinga fuse so as to ensure the correctsealing of the fusebox.

Spare fuses

The spare fuses are located under the enginecompartment fusebox cover.
The cover does not contain sparefuses with an amperage of 7.5 A, 25 A or 30 A. If one of the fuses with theseamperages develops a fault, replace itwith the following fuse:
A 7.5 A fusemust be replaced with the10 A spare fuse, a 25 A fusewith a20 A spare fuseand a 30 A fuse
with the audio system fuse (N° 31).

Installation of radiocommunicationtransmitters
Before installing any after-market radiocommunication transmitter, you cancontact a PEUGEOT dealer for thespecification of transmitters which can be fitted (frequency, maximum power,aerial position, specific installation requirements), in line with the Vehicle Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2004/104/EC).


Depending on the legislation in forcein the country, it may be compulsory to have a high visibility safety vest,warning triangle and spare bulbs andfuses available in the vehicle.
