A wide range of accessories recom-
mended by PEUGEOT and original parts
are offered by the dealer network.
They all benefi t from PEUGEOT rec-
ommendation.
These accessories and parts, having
been tested and approved for reliabil-
ity and safety, are all adapted to your
PEUGEOT vehicle.

The product range offered by PEUGEOT
Accessories is structured around 5 catego-
ries: PROTECTION - TOURING - IN-CAR
TECHNOLOGY - STYLING - UNIVERSAL.

Anti-theft alarm, parking sen-
sors, etched windows, wheel
security bolts, fi rst aid kit,

"Protection":
Seat covers compatible with

Note
To avoid any jamming under the pedals:
- ensure that the mat is positioned and secured correctly,
- never place one mat on top of an- other.
Depending on the country in
which the vehicle is sold, it
may be compulsory to have
a high visibility safety jacket,
warning triangle and spare
bulbs available in the vehicle.
Installation of radiocommunication
transmitters
It is advisable to contact a representa-
tive of the PEUGEOT marque before
installing accessory radiocommunica-
tion transmitters with external aerial
on your vehicle. The PEUGEOT network will inform
you of the specifi cations (frequency
waveband, maximum output power,
aerial position, specifi c installation
conditions) of the transmitters which
can be fi tted, in accordance with the
Motor Vehicle Electromagnetic Com-
patibility Directive (2004/104/EC).

407SW: you can obtain "Van" conver-
sion kits to convert from a private ve-
hicle to a van.

FIRST STEPS
1. On/Off and Volume adjustment.
2. Selection of the source: radio, Jukebox, CD/DVD, CD changer and auxiliary (AUX, if activated on the Confi guration menu). Long press: CD copy to hard disc.
3. Audio option adjustments: front/rear, left/right balance, loudness, sound ambiences.
4. Display the list of local radio stations, the tracks on the CD/DVD or the MP3/USB/Jukebox directories. Long press: update the local radio stations.
5. Automatic search for a lower/higher frequency. Sele ction of the previous/next CD/DVD, MP3, USB or Jukebox track . Long press: fast forward and backward play.
6. Selection of the wavebands FM1, FM2, FMast, AM.
7. TA (Traffi c Announcement) function on/off. Long press: access to the PTY mode (radio Programme TYpes).
8. Ejection of the CD/DVD.
9. SIM card slot.
10. Keypad for entering descriptions by successive presses.
11. Access to the "PEUGEOT" services menu.
12. Selection and confi rmation.
13. Selection of the previous/next CD/DVD. Selection o f the previous/next MP3/USB/Jukebox directory.
14. Selection of a lower/higher frequency.
15. Cancellation of the current operation. Long press: return to the current application.
16. Display the main menu.
17. Deletion of the last character entered or of the entire line.
18. Modifi cation of the screen display. Long press: reinitialisation of the Peugeot Connec t Media system.
19. Selection of the display on the screen from the modes: TRIP, TEL, CLIM, NAV and AUDIO.
20. Long press on the SOS button: emergency call.

Volume increase.
Volume decrease.
Mute: by pressing the volume increase and decrease buttons simultaneously.
The sound is restored by pressing one of the two volume buttons.

Press the end of the lights stalk to start the voice recognition. Say the words one by one and wait for the audible confi rmation signal between each word. The list which follows is exhaustive.
To display the list of available voice commands, p ress the end of the lights stalk to start the voice recognition, then say HELP or WHAT CAN I SAY.
For the same operation, press and hold the MENU button and select the function VOICE COMMANDS LIST.

Download the "Risk areas POIs" update fi le onto a CD ROM or USB stick from the Internet. This service is available on https://www.wipinforadars.fr or https://www.peugeot-connect-downloads.co.uk.
The fi les must be copied to the root on the chosen medium. The fi les must be copied to the root on the chosen medium.
Insert the medium (CD ROM or USB stick) containin g the POI database into the system's CD player or USB reader. The system detects the medium inserted automatical ly. Confi rm the start of the update by validating "YES".

NAVIGATION - GUIDANCE
The detailed procedure is available from PEUGEOT deaT dealers.
Successful downloading is confi rmed by a message.
DISPLAYING THE HAZARDOUS
LOCATION POIs
Press the MENU button.
Select MAP and confi rm by pressing OK.
Select MAP DETAILS and confi rm by pressing OK.
Select TRANSPORT AND AUTOMOBILES and confi rm by pressing OK.
Tick "Hazardous Locations" and confi rm by pressing OK.

Do not connect a hard drive or USB equipment other than USB sticks in FAT 16 or FAT 32 format (NTFS not support ed). This could damage your installation.
Connect the stick to the port, directly or using a lead. If the audio equipment is switched on, the USB sour ce is detected as soon as it is connected. Play begins automatically after a delay which depends on the capacity of the USB stick. The fi le formats recognised are .mp3 (mpeg1 layer 3 only).
The list of compatible equipment is available from PEUGEOT dealers. USING THE USB PORT
CONNECTING A USB STICK
The audio fi les are transmitted from a USB stick to your audio system, to be listened to via the vehicle's speakers. Do not connect a hard drive or USB equipment other than USB sticks in FAT 16 or FAT 32 format (NTFS not supported). This could damage your installation.
USB stick (1.1, 1.2 and 2.0): - the USB sticks must be in FAT or FAT 32 format (NTFS not supported), - navigation through the fi le base is by means o f the steering wheel controls.

Insert a USB stick in the space provided and press the MENU button.
JUKEBOX
If another source is being played, press the SOURCE button several times in succession and select USB to play it.
Press one of the buttons to select a track on the USB stick. Press the LIST button to display the list of folders on the MP3 USB stick.
To eject the USB stick, use the short-cut menu (press OK) or press the MENU button, select AUDIO FUNCTIONS, USB, then select EJECT USB. The playing and displaying of an MP3 compilation may depend on the parameters programme used.
JUKEBOX
Insert a USB stick in the space provided. ded.
AUDIO/VIDEO
In order to be read, a USB stick must be in FAT 16 or 32 format. The reader only reads USB sticks.
