- the brands of tyres approved by the manufacturer,
- the tyre pressures,
- the paint colour code. Tyres of sizes 215/55 R17
and 235/45 R18 can be fi tted
with snow chains, contact a
PEUGEOT dealer.

The Peugeot Connect Media is coded in such a way that it will only operate in your vehicle. If it is to be installed in another vehicle, contact a PEUGEOT dealer for confi guration of the system.
For safety reasons, it is imperative that the driver carries out operations which require prolonged attention while the vehicle is stationary.
When the engine is switched off and to prevent discharging of the battery, the Peugeot Connect Media may switch off after a few minutes.

FIRST STEPS
1. On/Off and Volume adjustment. 2. Selection of source: radio, Jukebox,CD/DVD, and auxiliary (AUX, if activated on the Confi guration menu). Long press: CD copy to hard disk. 3. Audio option adjustments: front/rear, left/right balance, loudness, sound ambiences. 4. Display the list of local radio stations, the tracks on the CD/DVD or the MP3/USB/Jukebox folders. Long press: update the local radio stations.
5. Automatic search for a lower/higher frequency. Selection of the previous/next CD/DVD, MP3, USB or Jukebox track. Long press: fast forward and backward play. 6. Selection of waveband FM1, FM2, FMast, AM. 7. TA (Traffi c Announcement) function on/off. Long press: access to the PTY mode (radio Programme TYpes). 8. Eject CD/DVD. 9. SIM card slot. 10. Keypad for entering descriptions by successive presses. 11. Access to the "PEUGEOT" services menu. 12. Selection and confi rmation.
13. Select the previous/next MP3/USB/Jukebox folder. 14. Select a lower/higher frequency. 15. Cancel the current operation. Long press: return to the current application. 16. Display the main menu. 17. Delete the last character entered or the entire line. 18. Modify the screen display. Long press: reinitialisation of the Peugeot Connect Media system. 19. Select the display on the screen from the modes: TRIP, TEL, CLIM, NAV and AUDIO. 20. Long press on the SOS button: emergency call.

DISPLAYING THE LIST AND USING THEM
To display the list of available voice commands, press the end of the lighting stalk to start voice recognition, then say HELP or WHAT CAN I SAY.
For the same operation, press and hold the MENU button and select the function VOICE COMMANDS LIST.
Press the end of the lighting stalk to start voice recognition.
Say the words one by one and wait for the audible confi rmation signal between each word.

The system uses the complete and detailed NAVTEQ maps installed directly on the equipment's hard disk.
Updates of the maps of the UK and of the other European countries, supplied by our partner NAVTEQ, are available from the PEU GEOT network.
This displays the following information, via the audio control panel:
- time,
- date,
- ambient temperature (if there is a risk of ice, you are warne d by a message),
- audio source displays (radio, CD, jukebox, ...),
- telematic system displays (telephone, services, ...),
- check of openings (doors, boot, ...),
- warning messages (e.g.: "Fuel level low") and vehicle functi on status messages (e.g.: "Auto lighting activated") displayed temporarily,
- trip computer information,
- GPS (Europe) satellite navigation system information.
