Trip recorder zero reset
With the trip mileage displayed, press
the button for a few seconds.
Mileage recorder
The total mileage is displayed in
zone A of the screen and the trip mile-
age in zone B .
LIGHTING DIMMER
With the exterior lighting on, press the
button to vary the intensity of the light-
ing of the instruments and controls.
When the lighting reaches the mini-
mum (or maximum) setting, release
the button then press it again to in-
crease (or reduce) the brightness.
As soon as the lighting is of the re-
quired brightness, release the button.

With the ignition and the automatic
illumination of headlamps function
switched off, on opening the driver's
door there is an audible warning that
you have left the vehicle lighting on.
Front and rear foglamps (ring B)

 Turn ring B forwards to switch on
and backwards to switch off. The
position is confi rmed by indicators
in the instrument panel.
Front foglamps (turn once)
These operate with the sidelamps,
dipped or main beam headlamps. Rear foglamps (turn twice)
These operate with the sidelamps and
the front foglamps, or with the dipped
or main beam headlamps.
Left : downwards.

Right : upwards
Direction indicators
If you forget to return the di-
rection indicator to its normal
position, the volume of the au-
dible signal will increase, if you
are driving at a speed greater
than 45 mph (70 km/h).
Parking lamps *
The sidelamps are lit on the side the
traffi c is on for a few hours.
With the engine switched off and with-
in 45 seconds, place the indicator and
lighting stalk on the traffi c side (for ex-
ample: for parking on the left, put the
stalk in the right hand direction indi-
cator position).This is indicated by an
audible signal and lighting of the cor-
responding direction indicator in the
instrument panel for a few seconds.
If the parking lamps are ac-
tivated when your vehicle
switches to economy mode,
they will remain on. However,
you cannot activate the parking lamps
if your vehicle is already in economy
mode.
Dipped/main beam change

 Pull the stalk fully towards you.

Automatic illumination of
headlamps.
In the case of vehicles which
are not fi tted with a lighting
stalk with the
"AUTO" posi-
tion, you can deactivate or
activate the automatic lighting via the
multifunction screen "Personalisation -
Confi guration" menu.

Manual "guide-me-home" lighting
If the automatic illumination of head-
lamps is not activated, the manual
"guide-me-home" lighting can be ac-
tivated.
When you leave your vehicle, the side-
lamps and dipped beam headlamps
remain on for approximately 1 minute.

Activation:

 switch off the engine,

 fl ash the headlamps,

 get out of the vehicle and lock it.
Deactivation:

 fl ash the headlamps again,

 get out of the vehicle and lock it.
Automatic "guide-me-home"
lighting
When you leave your vehicle with

the automatic
illumination
of
head-
lamps
activated , the sidelamps and
dipped beam headlamps remain on
for the duration selected when the ig-
nition is switched off.
To activate or deactivate this func-
tion, use the multifunction screen

"Personalisation - Confi guration" menu.
In foggy weather, the sunshine
sensor can detect suffi cient
light. As a consequence, the
lighting will not come on auto-
matically.
This function is active when the vehicle
is supplied to the customer.
If the
sunshine
sensor does not
function correctly , if the system is
activated, the dipped beam headlamps
and the sidelamps come on.
Contact a PEUGEOT dealer to have
the system checked.
Daytime running lamps *
On vehicles which are equipped with
daytime running lamps, the dipped
beam headlamps come on when the
vehicle is started.
The instruments and controls
(instrument panel, multifunction
screen, air conditioning control
panel, ...) are only illuminated on switching to the automatic illumination of
headlamps mode or when the lighting is
switched on manually. This warning lamp comes on
in the instrument panel.
* According to country.
This function is available di-
rectly at the lighting stalk on
certain versions depending on
the type of lighting stalk.
The sidelamps and dipped beam
headlamps switch on automatically if
the light is poor, or during operation of
the windscreen wipers. They switch
off as soon as the light becomes bright
enough or the windscreen wipers
stop.
