Door mirror adjustment Storing driving positions
This memorisation stores the electric
adjustment of the driver's seat, steering
wheel and door mirrors.
You can store two driving positions using

buttons M/1 and M/2 .

To provide optimum vision when parking, the rear view mirror
glass automatically lightens
when reverse is engaged.

DOOR MIRRORS
Automatic tilting of the mirrors in reverse gear *
This function allows you to see the
ground (kerb, wall...) when carrying
out parking manoeuvres in reverse
gear.
Objects observed in the driver
and passenger mirrors are, in
reality, closer than they appear.
This must be taken into ac-
count in order to judge the distance of
vehicles approaching from behind cor-
rectly.
Adjustment

 Move control A to the right or to
the left to select the corresponding
mirror.

 Direct control B in all four direc-
tions to adjust .
Folding back the mirrors
electrically
- from inside:
 With the ignition on, move the
control A to the central position
then pull it rearwards.
- from outside:

 Lock the vehicle using the re-
mote control.
This function can be deactivated.
Consult a PEUGEOT dealer.
When the vehicle is parked, the door
mirrors can be folded back manually. Initial setting of the function
Engage reverse gear then select and ad-
just the left mirror then the right mirror.
These settings will be stored.
Tilting the mirror to the parking
position

 engage reverse gear,

 move control A to the right or the
left to select the corresponding
mirror.
The door mirror corresponding to the
side on which you are parking tilts
downwards.
Intentional return of the mirror to the
driving position:

 deselect the mirror.

 change out of reverse gear. After
a few seconds, the glass of the
corresponding mirror resumes its
normal position.
The mirror returns to the driving posi-
tion automatically if the vehicle speed
exceeds 6 mph (10 km/h) or if the en-
gine is switched off.

In order to ensure optimum vis-
ibility during your manoeuvres,
the mirror lightens automati-
cally when reverse gear is en-
gaged.
By means of a sensor, which mea-
sures the light from the rear of the ve-
hicle, this system automatically and
progressively changes between the
day and night uses.
It has an anti-dazzle system which
darkens the mirror glass: this reduces
any driver discomfort caused by the
light beams of following vehicles, the
sun...

With the ignition on, the mirror is auto-
matically illuminated when the fl ap is
opened.
ZONES FOR TOLL CARDS/CAR PARK TICKETS
The athermic windscreen has two non-
refl ective zones located either side of
the base of the rear view mirror.
They are intended for affi xing toll cards
and/or car park tickets.
COOLED GLOVE BOX
This is fi tted with a lock.
To open the glove box, lift the handle.
The glove box is illuminated when the
lid is opened.
The glove box has a vent A that can
be closed, which produces the same
conditioned air as the vents in the pas-
senger compartment.
In cold weather, it is recommended
that this vent is closed in order to con-
serve the ambient air inside the pas-
senger compartment.
It also has a pen holder B and three
sockets * C for connecting video equip-
ment.
