The "PEUGEOT Audio and Telematics" CD ROM,
included in your vehicle's wallet, provides complet
e
information concerning the RD4. It should be consul ted
from a Mac or PC.
It cannot be read using the RD4 audio equipment CD
player.
The RD4 audio equipment is coded in such a way that
it will only operate in your vehicle. If it is to b e installed
in another vehicle, contact your PEUGEOT dealer for
coniguration of the system.

Selection of the FM1, FM2, FMast and AM
wavebands. Displaying of the general menu. - Selection of a lower/higher frequency.
- Selection of the previous/next CD.
- Selection of the previous/next MP3 directory.- Automatic search for a lower/higher

Selection of the source: radio, CD and CD

The TEL button is inactive if
the hands-free kit option is not

SELECTING A STATION
Press the LIST button to display the list
of stations received locally.
To update this list, press for more than
two seconds.
Press the SOURCE button several
times in succession and select the
radio.
Press the BAND AST button to select
a waveband: FM1, FM2, FMast, AM.
Briely press one of the buttons to
carry out an automatic search of the
radio stations. The two speaker locations on your vehicle's rear sh
elf are
dedicated to the JBL equipment.
RADIO
STORING A STATION Press one of the buttons to carry out a
manual search of the radio stations.
Press one of the buttons on the numeric
keypad for more than 2 seconds to store
the frequency of the current station.

PLAYING A CD OR AN MP3 COMPILATION*
Insert circular compact discs only. Some anti-pirating
systems, on original discs or CDs copied using a
personal recorder, may cause faults which are no
relection on the quality of the original player.
Insert a CD or an MP3 compilation in the player, pl ay
begins automatically.
If the player already contains a disc,
press the SOURCE button several
times in succession and select CD.
Press one of the buttons to select a
track on the CD.
Press the LIST button to display the list
of tracks on the CD or of the directories
of the MP3 compilation.
The playing and displaying of an MP3 compilation ma y depend on
the recording programme and/or the parameter settin gs used. We
recommend use of the ISO 9660 recording standard. * according to speciication.

04 HANDS-FREE KIT MATCHING A TELEPHONE
For safety reasons and because they require prolong ed attention
on the part of the driver, the operations for match ing of the
Bluetooth mobile telephone with the RD4 hands-free kit must be
carried out with the vehicle stationary and the ign ition on.
Activate the telephone's Bluetooth function.
Carry out a search of the Bluetooth accessories
present for the telephone. RECEIVING A CALL
Select the accessory which corresponds to the name
of the vehicle, a superimposed coniguration display
appears on the multi-function display.
Enter the vehicle's authentication code (=1234) Select the YES tab on the display using
the buttons then conirm by pressing
OK.
Select the YES tab on the display using
the buttons. Press the button to conirm the
selection.
An incoming call is announced by a ring and a super
imposed
display on the multi-function display.
Press the end of the steering wheel stalk to accept
the call.
