To make the setting on the passenger
side the same as that on the driver's
side :
– air conditioning with "MONO" but ton, press button A.
– air conditioning with "REAR" button, press button 2 or 3for more
than two seconds.
4 Adjustment of the airdistribution
 Pressing the correspond
ing button(s) 4directs the
flow of air to:
– the windscreen,
– the side vents and the central vents,
– the side vents, the central vents and the feet,
– the windscreen and the feet,
– the feet.
The indicator light corresponding to
the required direction 4comes on.
5 Adjustment of the rear ventilation

8 Demisting the rear
screen
 Press button 8, with the engine
running, to demist the rear screen
and the mirrors.
The demisting indicator light 8
comes on.
It switches off automatically after
approximately twelve minutes.  Pressing the button again switch
es it on again. If the engine is
switched off before the twelve
minutes have elapsed, demisting
will resume when the engine is
switched on again.
Note: it is possible to switch off the
demisting before it is switched off
automatically by pressing this button
again.
9 Comfort programme
This is the normal air condi
tioning system operating
mode.
 Press the "AUTO"button.
The system adjusts automatically to
the required value by switching on
the air conditioning.
It also controls the air distribution,
flow and intake so that there is suffi
cient air circulation in the passenger
compartment.
The "AUTO" symbol is displayed.
adjust the rear ventilation, press button
B
.
The rear ventilation symbol 5is
displayed.
The air flow adjustment controls 5for
the 2 nd
row side vents are operational.
To disarm the rear ventilation
controls, press button Bagain.
The rear ventilation symbol Bgoes
out.
6 Adjustment of the air flow
 Turn the adjument con
trol 6respectively to the
right or to the left to
increase or reduce the
flow of air.
The air flow symbol 6is filled in
according to the required value.
7 Air recirculation
Press this button to
recirculate the interior air.
The air recirculation symbol and
indicator light 7are displayed.
The recirculation isolates the passenger com
partment from outside smells and smoke.
Avoid prolonged operation in interior air
reciculation mode (risk of condensation
and deterioration of the air quality).  Pressing this button again returns the
system to automatic control of the air
intake.

Driving positions memorised by
the remote control key
When locking the doors, the remote
control key memorises the position
of the driver's seat and the exterior
mirrors.
When unlocking the doors, the dri
ver's seat and the exterior mirrors
resume the position memorised by
the remote control key if this has
changed in the meantime.
Each remote control key can
memorise a specific setting. Front heated seat controls
The front seats can be heated sepa
rately.
Use the adjustment controls located
on the side of each seat to select the
level of heating required :
0:
Off.
1: Low.
2: Medium.
3: High.
The seat temperature is controlled
automatically.
Note: the heated seats only operate
with the engine running.

THE REAR SEATS
Forwards/backwards
adjustment
Lift bar Aand slide the seat towards
the front or the rear.
From the third row you can pull on
strap B and slide the seat towards
the front.
This makes it easier for passengers
to exit the 3rd row of seats, when
folding down the second row seat.
Adjusting the angle of the seat
back
Push lever Cupwards and adjust the
angle as required.
Release the lever to lock.
Folding a side seat
Access to the third row:
Place the head restraint in the low
position.
Push control Cupwards as far as
possible.
Tilt the seat back towards the front
until the rear anchorages are
unlocked.
Fold the seat back onto the seat
cushion.
Place the seat in the closed position.
Exiting the third row:
Place the head restraint in the low
position.
Push control Dupwards as far as
possible.
Tilt the seat back towards the front
until the rear anchorages are
unlocked.
Fold the seat back onto the seat cushion.
Place the seat in the closed position. Table position of a side seat
Fold the corresponding seat.
Tilt the fold seat rearwards, until the
rear anchorages lock.
You now have a shelf with two cup
holders.

Lift the seat back.

Removing a seat
Fold the corresponding seat.
Grasp the two bars Gunder the seat
and tighten them securely.
The front anchorages unlock.
Lift the seat and carry it using the
carrying handle H.
Refitting a seat
Check that there is no obstacle
obstructing the slides or preventing
correct locking of the seat.
Locate the front anchorages in the
slides (if necessary tighten the two
bars Gsecurely).
Tilt the folded seat towards the rear.
The rear anchorages lock.
Lift the seat back (for the centre seat,
move control E) Turning a seat round
The rear seats can be placed in the
'rearwards facing' position.
For this, after the seat has been fold
ed, carry out the removal and replac
ing operations for the seat and turn it
round.

remove, refit or transport a seat.

it is prohibited to place a side seat

passenger is sitting in the 3rd row.

"ISOFIX" MOUNTINGS
Available on the rear side seats, the
Isofix mountings allow fitting of a
special child seatfor Peugeot vehi
cles and sold by Peugeot dealers.
The locks incorporated in the child
seat fit onto the Isofix mountings and
ensure safe, reliable and fast assem
bly.
The special approved child seat is
the KIDDY Isofix seat. It can be fitted
in the "rearfacing" position from birth
to 13 kg and in the "forwardsfacing"
position from 9 kg to 18 kg.
The combined use of the Isofix
mountings, the restraining cushion
and the seat belt is compulsoryin
the "forwardsfacing" position. In the
"rearfacing" position, use both the
Isofix mountings and the child seat
harness. In the 2nd row rear side seats, the
child seat may be fitted in the "for
wards facing" or "rearwards facing"
position. Adjust the seat to the most
rearward position.
The correspond
ing front seat MUST be in the mid
slide position, seat back upright .
The special KIDDY Isofix child
seat must not be installed on the
3rd row rear side seats.
This seat can also be used on seats
not fitted with Isofix mountings , in the
"rear facing" or "forwardsfacing"
position : Buckling of the threepoint
seat belt is then compulsory.
Follow the instructions for fitting
the child seat given in the manu
facturer's instruction booklet.
REAR HEAD RESTRAINTS
The rear head restraints can be
removed and have two positions;
– high, position for use
– low, storage position
To raise or lower a head restraint,
pull it forwards sliding it at the same
time.
To remove it, place it in the high posi
tion, push the lug and pull it forwards
and upwards.
To refit it, engage the head restraint
rods in the holes taking care to
remain in the centreline of the seat
back.
Never drive with the head
restraints removed, they
must be in place and
correctly adjusted.

THE KEYS
The keys allow you to switch on the
ignition and to independently operate
the locks on the driver's door and
passenger door, the fuel filler cap,
the glove box, the passenger air bag
disarming switch and the child safety
lock.
Central locking
From the driver's door or passenger
door, the keys allow you to lock,
deadlock or unlock the doors and
tailgate, as well as fold back the
exterior mirrors.
If one of the doors or the tailgate is
open, the central locking does not
work.
The remote control performs the
same functions at a distance.

This is confirmed by fixed lighting of
the direction indicators for approxi
mately two seconds. Vehicles fitted with deadlocking
Warning:
deadlocking renders the
internal and external door locking
controls inoperative.
Never leave anyone inside the vehi
cle when the vehicle is deadlocked.
Pressing buttonAdeadlocks the
vehicle. This is confirmed by fixed
lighting of the direction indicators for
approximately two seconds.
A second press on button Awithin
five seconds of deadlocking changes
this to single locking. This is con
firmed by fixed lighting of the direc
tion indicators for two seconds.
Note: the driver operates the dead
locking from inside the vehicle. On
starting the vehicle deadlocking
changes to single locking.
Note: presing button A, in addition to
locking or deadlocking, permits auto
matic closing of the windows and the
sunroof. However, the sunroof stops
in a partially open posiition. Unlocking
/Ventilation
Press button B to unlock the vehicle.
This is confirmed by rapid flashing of
the direction indicators.
A second press on button Awithin
five seconds of deadlocking opens
the windows.
Note : if the vehicle is locked and
unlocking is activated inadvertently,
unless the doors are opened within
30 seconds, the vehicle will lock
automatically.
Opening/Closing the electric
sliding side doors
A long press on button Copens or
closes the rear right door.
A long press on button Dopens or
closes the rear left door.
Note : this press unlocks the vehicle
before opening the corresponding
door.
Folding/opening out the key
To tuck away the key blade, press
button E, then fold it down into the
remote control module.
To open out the key, press button E.

FILLING
THE
FUEL TANK
Low fuel level
When the tank's minimum
level is reached, this warn
ing light comes on, accom
panied by the message
"Fuel level low" on the
multi–function display.
You have enough fuel left to cover
approximately 30 miles (50 km).
If the warning light flashes, this
indicates a fuel gauge malfunction.
Contact a PEUGEOT dealer.
If the warning light flashes, accom
panied by the message "Fuel circuit
disarmed" , this indicates that the
fuel supply has been cut off.
Restore the supply (refer to the
corresponding section). The tank must be filled with fuel with
the engine off
.
 Open the fuel filler flap.
 Insert the key then turn it to the
left.
 Remove the cap and attach it to
the clip located on the inside of
the flap.
A label on the inside of the flap indi
cates which type of fuel to use.
If you fill your tank, do not continue
after the third cutoff of the pump
nozzle. This could result in vehicle
malfunctions.
The capacity of the tank is approx
imately 18 gallons (80 litres).  After filling the tank, lock the cap
and close the flap.
When the fuel filler flap isopen, a system limits theopening of the rear left
sliding side door. The keycannot be removed from
the capÕs lock until the cap is refit-ted on the tank.
