CD eject On - Off
Volume dial
Source: selection of the radio or Jukebox, CD changer.
Mode: selection with displaying of the TRIP, TEL, NAV or AUDIO
mode chosen
Dark: hide the screen display, until completely black, b y successive
presses. Pressing again reactivates the display.
Band: selection of the FM1, FM2, FMast, AM wavebands.
TA: TA Trafic Announcements function on/off
PTY: Types of Programme function on/off by means of a l ong
press Alpha-numeric telephone keypad for the same
uses, dial, call, hang up, enter.
Lion:
Direct access to the "PEUGEOT" services. ESC:
clears the current selection
return to the previous selection
Menu: displays the general screen
: sound settings
List: displays the list of radio stations received
the list of CD tracks or MP3/Jukebox directories updating of the stations received. Navigator which
selects the choices above or the
step by step or rapid advances.
Pressing the navigation
dial conirms the choice,
but does not store it.
A long press is required.

2Press the MENU button then select the CONFIGURATION
function,
then SOUNDS, then ACTIVATE AUXILIARY SOURCE to acti vate
the auxiliary input of the RT4 GPS audio/telephone.
Connect the portable equipment
(MP3 player…) to the audio sockets
(white and red, RCA type) located in the
glove box using a JACK/RCA
audio cable.
Press the SOURCE button several
times in succession and select AUX. Insert one or more CDs in the
changer.
Press the SOURCE button several
times in succession and select CD
CHANGER.
Press one of the buttons on the
alphanumeric keypad to select the
corresponding CD.
Press one of the buttons to select a
track on the CD.
The displaying and management of the commands takes place via
the portable equipment.
It is not possible to copy the iles onto the hard d isc from the auxiliary
input. It is not possible to copy the iles onto the hard d
isc from the CD
changer.

by successive presses. Pressing again reactivates the

Press and hold one of the buttons for
fast forwards or backwards play. Insert circular compact discs only.
Some anti-pirating systems, on original discs or CD

copied using a personal recorder, may cause faults
which are no relection on the quality of the origin al
player.
Without pressing the EJECT button, insert a CD in t he
player, play begins automatically.
To play a disc which has already been
inserted, press the SOURCE button
several times in succession and select
CD. Press one of the buttons to select a
track on the CD.
Press the LIST REFRESH button to
display the list of tracks on the CD.

Do not insert in the changer:
- discs in MP3 format,
- the navigation assistance (GPS) CD-ROM. To insert a disc into the changer:
- open sliding panel

press button B to eject the cartridge C,
- open one of the six compartments of the cartridge by pulling tab D,
- insert the disc with the printed
face upwards and close the
compartment,
- insert the cartridge into the changer,
- close the sliding panel A. The use of copied compact discs
may cause faults.

These accessories and parts, after
being tested and approved for

dealers.To avoid any jamming under the
pedals:
- ensure that the mat is positioned correctly,
- never place one mat on top of another.
Compatible portable
equipment
For the RD4, the itting of an RCA
auxiliary socket is offered speciically
by the Network.
The audio cable for connection to
the auxiliary socket (RCA yellow-red
located in the glove box) is also offered
by the Network.
Following connection of the cable
and selection of the AUX mode, via
the source button, your portable
equipment is ready to operate.
Set the portable equipment to half
volume to avoid saturating the audio
system sound. Then use the audio
system volume button.

carrier, deactivate the rear
