CD CHANGER
PLAYING A CD (NOT MP3 COMPATIBLE)
Insert one or more CDs in the
changer.
Press the SOURCE button several
times in succession and select CD
CHANGER.
Press one of the buttons on the
numeric keypad to select the
corresponding CD.
Press one of the buttons to select a
track on the CD.
Press and hold one of the buttons for
fast forwards or backwards play.

PLAYING A CD OR AN MP3 COMPILATION*
Insert circular compact discs only. Some anti-pirating
systems, on original discs or CDs copied using a
personal recorder, may cause faults which are no
reflection on the quality of the original player.
Insert a CD or an MP3 compilation in the player, pl ay
begins automatically.
If the player already contains a disc,
press the SOURCE button several
times in succession and select CD.
Press one of the buttons to select a
track on the CD.
Press the LIST REFRESH button to
display the list of tracks on the CD or of
the directories of the MP3 compilation.
The playing and displaying of an MP3 compilation ma y depend on
the recording programme and/or the parameter settin gs used. We
recommend use of the ISO 9660 recording standard.

04 TRIP COMPUTER
Each press of the button, located at the end of the
wipers stalk , permits displaying of the different trip
computer data in succession, depending on the displ ay.
- the "vehicle" tab with:
• the range, the current consumption and the distan ce remaining to the
destination,
- the "1" tab (route 1) with:
• the average speed, the average consumption and th e distance travelled
calculated over route "1",
- the "2" tab (route 2) with the same characteristics for a second route.A few definitions
Range:
Displays the distance which can be travelled with t he remaining
fuel detected in the tank, in relation to the avera ge consumption over
the last few miles (kilometres).
This displayed value may vary significantly followi ng a change in
the vehicle speed or the relief of the route.
When the range falls below 20 miles (30 km), dashes are displayed.
After filling with at least 5 litres of fuel, the r ange is recalculated and is
displayed when it exceeds 60 miles (100 km).
If, whilst driving, dashes are displayed continuous ly in place of digits,
contact a PEUGEOT dealer.
Current consumption: only calculated and displayed above 20 mph
(30 km/h).
Average consumption: this is the average quantity of fuel consumed
since the last trip recorder zero reset.
Distance travelled: calculated since the last trip computer zero reset.
Distance remaining to the destination: calculated with reference to
the final destination, entered by the user. If guid ance is activated, the
navigation system calculates it as a current value.
Average speed: this is the average speed calculated since the last trip
computer zero reset (ignition on).

trol for more than
two seconds.

The RT3 GPS audio/telephone is coded in such a
way that it will only operate in your vehicle. If i
t is to be
installed in another vehicle, contact your PEUGEOT
dealer for configuration of the system.
For safety reasons, the driver must carry out
operations which require prolonged attention while the
vehicle is stationary. The INFOTEC internet site provides additional
animated information on the RT3. It can be

> COLOUR DISPLAY DTThis displays the following information, via the RT3 audio/telephone
control pad:
- the time,
- the date,
- the exterior temperature (if there is a risk of i ce, you are warned by a
message),
- the audio source displays (radio, CD, ...),
- the telematic system displays (telephone, service s, ...),
- the accesses check (doors, boot, ...),
- the warning messages (e.g.: "Fuel level low") and vehicle function
status messages (e.g.: "Auto lighting activated") d isplayed temporarily,
- the trip computer display,
- the satellite navigation system displays.
In order to be able to use all of the functions of your system, you have two CD-ROMs:
- one, "Configuration", contains the software and the vari ous display and vocal information languages,
- the other, "Navigation", contains the satellite n avigation system map data.
