REAR DOORS
Opening the doors from
outside
To open, pull the rear right door
handle towards you and open the
rear left door by pulling the lever on
the inside.
Locking / Unlocking from the
inside
Front door
To lock, lower button A.
The closing control of one of the front
doors permits complete locking of
the vehicle.
To unlock and open, lift button A and
pull the handle towards you.
The opening control of one of
the front doors permits complete
unlocking of the vehicle.
Sliding side door
The side door opening/closing control
only controls the door concerned.
Side door child lock
This prevents opening of the side
door from the inside.
F Turn the control a quarter turn
using the ignition key.
Note: the sliding side door can be
secured in the fully open position.
To release it, pull the handle towards
you and slide the door.

The front door opening controls
permit complete unlocking of the
vehicle.

Opening the rear doors to
180° / 270°
To open the rear doors to 180°,
release the check strap C towards
you when the door is partially open.
When closing the door, the check
strap hooks itself in place again
automatically.
Note: when opening to 270°, a
magnet retains the door in the open
position.
Opening the doors from
inside
The rear door opening controls only
unlock the door concerned.
Locking / Unlocking from
inside
To lock, lower button A.
The rear door closing control only
locks the door concerned.
To unlock and open, lift button A and
pull the handle towards you.
To open the other door, push lever
B .
Note: when closing from the inside,
close the right-hand door irst
ensuring that lever B is in the vertical
position then close the left-hand
door.

F Open the fuel iller lap by press-
ing the front of it.
F Insert the key then turn it to the
left.
F Remove the cap and hang it on
the hook located on the inside of
the lap.
An indication on the cap reminds you
which type of fuel to use.
When you ill your tank, do not
continue after the third cut-off of the
pump. This could cause your vehicle
to malfunction.
The capacity of the tank is
approximately 70 litres.
F After illing the tank, lock the cap
and close the fuel iller lap.
The key cannot be removed from the
lock until the cap has been replaced
on the fuel tank.
Bonnet strut
Secure the strut to hold the bonnet
open.
Before closing the bonnet, replace
the strut in its housing.
To close
Lower the bonnet and release it at
the end of its travel. Check that the
bonnet is properly locked.
From inside: pull the handle on the
right-hand side under the fascia.

OPENING THE BONNET
From outside: lift the catch A and
raise the bonnet.
FILLING WITH FUEL
Low fuel level
When the minimum fuel level
in the tank is reached, this
warning light comes on.
You have approximately
8 litres of fuel left.
The engine must be switched off
when illing with fuel.

THE LIGHTS STALK
Front and rear lights
Selection is by turning the ring. Lights off
Side lights
Dipped headlampsMain beam headlamps Dipped / Main beam change
Push the stalk forwards to switch on
the main beam headlamps.
Pull the stalk towards you to switch
them off.
Note:
with the ignition off, when the
driver's door is opened, a buzzer
sounds if you have left your lights
on.
Front fog lamps
Press the button in the centre of the
fascia panel. The warning light on the
button comes on.
The front fog lamps operate with the
dipped and main beam headlamps.
Rear fog lamps
Press the button in the centre of the
instrument panel. The warning light
on the button comes on.
The rear fog lamps operate with the
dipped and main beam headlamps.
Direction indicators (lashers)
Left: downwards.
Right: upwards .
In good or rainy weather,
both day and night, the
rear fog lamps are dazzling
and are prohibited.
Do not forget to switch the
fog lamps off when they are no
longer needed.

WINDSCREEN WIPER STALK
Windscreen wipers
4 Single wipe.
0 Park.
1 Intermittent wipe.
2 Normal wipe.
3 Fast wipe.
Parking lights
This system enables you to leave the
side lights on when parked, with the
ignition off and the key removed.
Press the safety control
A and turn
the key one notch in the opposite
direction to starting at the same
time.

The windscreen wash then the
windscreen wipers operate for a
ixed period.
The windscreen wash and headlamp
wash operate simultaneously for two

Notes:
In the event of unwanted opening of
the window when closing (for exam-
ple, in the case of frost), press the
control until the window is fully open,
then pull it again until the window
closes. Continue to pull the control
for approximately one second after
closing.
Following reconnection of the battery,
in the event of a malfunction, release
the control and pull it again until the
window closes completely.
Continue to pull the control for
approximately one second after
closing.
ELECTRIC WINDOWS
1 - Driver's electric window switch.
2 - Passenger's electric window switch.
You have two options:
Manual operation:
F press or pull the switch gently.
The window stops as soon as the
switch is released.
Automatic operation
(driver's
side):
F press or pull the switch fully. One
touch completely opens or closes
the window.

SLIDING SIDE WINDOW
To open the sliding side window,
press control A and push the window
forwards.
Always remove the key
from the ignition when
leaving the vehicle, even
for a short time.
If an obstacle is detected
when operating the electric win-
dows, you must reverse the mo-
vement of the window. To do this,
press the control concerned.
When the driver operates the
passenger electric window
controls, he must ensure that no
one is preventing correct closing
of the windows.
The driver must ensure that
passengers use the electric
windows correctly.
Be aware of children when operat-
ing the windows.

EXTERIOR MIRRORS
The exterior mirrors are divided into
two zones: - Upper mirror : zone A.
- Lower mirror : zone B.
Manual exterior mirrors
Each mirror can be adjusted in all
four directions.
Press the edges of the mirror to
adjust it.
Electric exterior mirrors
Driver's mirror:
- Upper mirror : zone A.
- Lower mirror : zone B.
Passenger mirror:
- Upper mirror : zone C.
- Lower mirror : zone D.
F Turn the control to the right or to
the left to select the correspon-
ding mirror.
F Move the control in all four
directions to adjust.
F Return the control to position 0.
Manual interior mirror
The interior mirror has two positions:
- day (normal),
- night (anti-dazzle).
To change from one to the other,
push or pull the lever on the lower
edge of the mirror.

ADJUSTMENT
When the vehicle is stationary,
unlock the steering wheel by pulling
handle A towards you.
Adjust the height of the steering
wheel, then lock it by pushing handle
A down fully.
HAZARD WARNING LIGHTS
Press the button, the direction
indicators lash.
They can operate with the ignition
off.
ADJUSTING THE
HEADLAMPS
Depending on the load in your
vehicle, adjusting the beam of the
headlamps is recommended.
0 - No load.
1 - Partial load.
2 - Average load.
3 - Maximum authorised load.
Initial setting is position 0.
HORN
Press one of the spokes or the centre
of the steering wheel.

COURTESY LIGHTS
1 - Front courtesy light.
You can select three positions: 2 - Map reading lights
When the key is in the accessories
position or the ignition is on, operate
the corresponding switch.
3 - Rear courtesy lights.
Press the ends of the transparent
cover to switch the courtesy light on
or off.
- OFF : permanently off.
- AUTO (central posi-
tion): lighting on
opening one of the
doors.
- PERMANENT : per-
manent lighting, when
the key is in the ac-
cessories position or
the ignition is on.
