The fusebox is placed in the front compar tment
under the heating system reservoir. Only these
fuses can be replaced.

The replacement of fuses for other units (vacuum pump and battery accessories) requires the involvement of a PEUGEOT dealer or a qualifiedworkshop.

Access to the fuses
)Open the bonnet (refer to the "Checks" section). )Unclip the cover and remove it completely
by pulling towards you. )Change the fuse (refer to the corresponding paragraph).)When you have finished, close the cover carefully to ensure sealing of the fusebox.

Installation of radiocommunicationtransmitters
Before installing any after-market radio communication transmitter, you cancontact a PEUGEOT dealer for thespecification of transmitters which canbe fitted (frequency, maximum power,aerial position, specific installation requirements), in line with the VehicleElectromagnetic Compatibility Directive(2004/104/EC).



Depending on the legislation in forcein the country, it may be compulsory to have a high visibility safety vest, warning triangle and spare bulbs andfuses available in the vehicle.

Bonnet Protects the components in the front compartment and provides access for checking levels, recharging the 12 V ancillaries battery, changing fuses, ...
)Push the exterior safety catch Bto the left and raise the bonnet.

Open the bonnet fully and on the right,unclip the stay Cfrom its holder.)
Fit the stay Cin one of the two notches to
hold the bonnet open.
)Open the front right door.)Pull the interior release lever A , located at
the bottom of the door aper ture.

)Take the stay out of the support notch.)Clip the stay in its housing. )Lower the bonnet and release it at the end of its travel. )Pull on the bonnet to check that it is fully latched.


Do not press down on the middle of the bonnet if it does not fully close, as there is a risk of deforming it. Open the bonnet fully and close it again.
The location of the interior release lever prevents opening of the bonnet while the front right door is closed.
