P.P- Inser t the key in the ignition switch.
- Turn the key to position 4 (START).- Hold it in this position for a few seconds,until the " READY" lamp comes on,
accompanied by an audible signal.
- Release the key.
The switch returns automatically to
position
3 (ON) .

Starting - stopping the vehicle
- Position 1: LOCK
The steering is locked.

- Position 2: ACC The ancillaries (radio, 12 V socket...) can be used.

- Position 3: ON Ignition on.

- Position 4: STA RT "Ready" lamp on.
Motor ready to drive the vehicle.

Turn the key to position 4 (START).

Turn the key to position 1 (LOCK).)
Remove the key from the ignition switch. )Hold it in this position for a few seconds until the " READY"
lampcomes on accompanied by anaudible signal.

Release the key.
The key returns automatically to position 3 (ON).

Do not attach any heavy objects to thekey as this could weigh down on it whenin the ignition switch and cause a fault.


If you use the ancillaries for a prolongedperiod (with the key in the ACCposition), you risk discharging the ancillaries battery. Star ting your vehicle will then no longer be possible. Be aware.

Applying
)Pull the parking brake lever fully up
to immobilise your vehicle.
When parking on a slope, direct your wheels against the kerb, apply the parking brake, place the drive selector in position P and switch off the ignition.

Parking the vehicle
To stop the motor, you must select position P

Charging the main battery
)Pull lever 1
, located at the bottom of the
dashboard, driver's side, to open the
access flap for the normal charging socket(right hand side of the vehicle).

Normal charging


Before connecting, check that the electrical installation you want to usemeets standards *
and is compatiblewith the current rating on the chargingcable control unit. In all cases, it is recommended that your installation be checked by a qualified electrician before use andthen on a regular basis.
There are two types of charging you can use:normal or fast.
Normal charging should be used in pre
ference;
it is done from a domestic mains power point.
Fast charging is done at a compatible fastcharging station.
) Apply the parking brake and put the driveselector in position P

Switch off all electrical consumers and turn
the ignition switch to the "LOCK"
position.



You must always use only a genuine PEUGEOT charging cable.
If the ambient temperature is lower than-25° C, charging may not be possible.
