Measure the resistance on the following connections while pressing the + button
(on the button tracks):
●Connection code86G of component 331.
●Connection code 86M of component 331.
If the resistance is not approximately 300Ω, check the continuity of the connection for
the button when the button is in the rest position.
If there is continuity, replace the +/- control button (see MR 392, 385, 364, 370 and 417
Mechanical, 83D, Cruise control, Switch on the steering wheel: Removal -
Refitting).
If the connection or connections are faulty and there is a repair procedure

NOTESTo be able to run this command, it is essential to save the data using command SC003
Save computer data.
Writing is carried out after the computer has been reprogrammed or replaced.
Validating this command writes the data saved using command SC003 Save computer data.
The data is as follows:
– vehicle idle speed,
– programming of exhaust gas recirculation valve data,
– options available on the vehicle and managed by the computer (Example: Air conditioning),
– data specific to injection and particle filter operation.
The data configures the computer and prevents:
– engine malfunction after reprogramming or replacing the computer,
– incorrect interpretation of the information provided by the CLIP diagnostic tool.
AFTER REPAIRDeal with any faults displayed by the diagnostic tool.
Clear the computer fault memory.
