Start and driving
Starting a diesel engine after the fuel tank
has run dry
If the fuel t ank has been compl
etely run dry, it
may t ak
e longer than normal (up to one mi-
nute) to start a diesel engine after refuelling.
This is because the fuel system must elimi-
nate air first. WARNING

Start and driving

goes out, this means the syst em is fully func-
