Roof carrier* Intr oduction The vehicle roof has been designed to opti-
mise aerodynamics. For this reason, cr

entional roof carrier systems
cannot be secured to the roof water drains.
As the roof water drains are integrated in the
roof to reduce air resistance, only SEAT-ap-
proved cross bars and roof carrier systems
can be used.
Cases in which cross bars and the roof
carrier system should be disassembled.

Incorrect attachment and use of the cross-
bars and the roof carrier system may cause the whole syst em t
o detach from the roof
and cause an accident and injuries.
